In the pre-video days I'd see the point to writing these big essays justifying the way the fight ended and calling everything "excuses". But we live in the post-video days. Anyone who watches Kovalev-Ward 1 for the rest of history will wonder why it was scored for Ward and anyone who watched Kovalev-Ward 2 will see the fight being stopped as one fighter hunches over from a very very low blow. I agree. They can continue to cry and make excuses. But the fact of the matter is Ward exposed a lot of his flaws. Won't surprise me to see him wilt again when someone brings the fight to him and is not intimidated by his power
