No...Loma is also better technically and more skilled. I think a few fighters are more skilled. They don't have the resume though. Ward has the resume and has beaten the top guys. He's #1
Good post green k sent
Do you really think Ward is technically better then Rigo?
It's all relative to their weigh division, I mean Rigo has been down/hurt by lesser punchers than Kovalev. He's never fought a guy capable of rocking you with a jab.
Or Loma, we saw Salido absolutely teeing off on him for a full 12 rounds, you can not take that sort of punishment from a light heavy, he'd have been out on a stretcher in 5 rounds.

All of this is spot on but bigdummyshow bases all of his boxing ratings on skin pigmentation. Loma and g string are good with him but Wards skin is too dark for his preference.
I saw his poll. Ward got half a vote.
If Golovkin stops Canelo he's the clear best fighter in the world. If Canelo stops Golovkin he might be as well.
Canelo beat Chavez at middleweight how would gg beating him make him p4p #1
If Ward isn't #1, your list isn't legitimate. He just ko'd kov, that's a better win than loma or ggg has. It makes his already superior resume that much better.

bullshyte! Canelo nor g string have half the resume Ward has.
After last night, yeah. Ward is #1 P4P
And ESPN should upgrade Ward to #1P4P now. They have GGG #1P4P which was understandable since a clear #1 was hard to choose from. I had Kovalev winning the first fight, but last night Ward fought better than he did in the first fight and proved that he should be #1 P4P now.
on paper its a good win. but 1st time round he won a decision which most people think he didnt deserve. the second time around he won by fouling him and that 'win' may well get overturned.
He didn't foul him. Kov would've gotten ktfo if he didn't give it up. A two win over kov deserves the #1 spot.
Ward is #1 P4P, no debate.
Kessler, Abraham, Froch, and Dawson at 168 was a fantastic run. Then like most all time greats when he cleaned out his division he looked to adjacent divisions for challenges. Called out GGG vocally, but GGG wouldn't go up to a 164 catch weight, so what does Ward do? He moves up to the full 175 division and calls out the undefeated KO artist in that weight. That takes guts. The he wins a close and somewhat controversial decision and gives him an immediate rematch where he breaks him and stops him. What more do you want?
Gold medal winner for our country. Undefeated Champion who takes on all comers and when he runs out of challenges moves up in weight to find them. Now he's even talking about going up more in weight to find the toughest possible fights. Seriously, what more do people want? This guy is a legend and he's an all time great boxer.
the bigdramashow pound for pound top 10 is the most legitimate list of them all.
