To start there isn't really anything like this fight in the gloved modern rules days til today that I'm aware of. Or previous to the gloved era I guess, but I am less of a nerd about the bare knuckle days & I'd argue thats less comparable cuz records weren't as well kept to begin with to know how many fights guys had or didn't have among other issues to make a fair comparison to Floyd vs Conor. The thing is...McGregor is not really a very good boxer...and Mayweather is. Therein lies the difference. McGregor couldn't even box with Nate Diaz...how the fuck is he going to box with Mayweather?

Buster had 34 professional boxing fights under his belt when he fought Tyson. 29 of which were wins (1 was a draw). Bad comparison is a bad comparison.

Well McGregor does coke. That's what makes it so challenging. You ever get into a fight with a coke head? Besides Tyson wasn't 40 years old. Despite what the pact@rds tell you, Floyd isn't a time traveling vampire that doesn't age. Hes not but hes in good shape for his age. He never drank or partied and always kept a healthy lifestyle, if you do that you can still be in great athletic shape especially if you are naturally a great athlete like floyd is and a great fighter. Look at wlad for example, he was coming off a long ass layoff and is past 40 and looked damn good in the AJ fight. Floyd will still be great shape and his athleticism will still be there.
