Former WBC super featherweight champ Takashi Miura (31-3-2) faces current WBC super featherweight champ Miguel Berchelt (31-1) @ the LA Forum July 15th, 2017.
After the wars these fighters have had, Miura vs Vargas , Vargas vs Berchelt , Miura vs Mickey Roman. Will it end by knockout and will Miura become WBC champion once again. Your thoughts? :boxing:
There was a rematch clause I heard with Vargas, but he was in way too many wars in a short span of time, I think it was postponed.

Makes sense I initially went into the Vargas Berchelt fight thinking that Vargas would knock him out. I think the accumulated damage got to him and it would be nice to see him take a little break.
I think Berchelt could make Miura question that as well. Wasn't there a rematch clause with Vargas what happened there?

I agree the way Miura fights is definitely a double edged sword.. How many wars does he have left in him?

I think Berchelt might have his number on this one. He has fewer miles on him and Miura had a very impressive knockout war last fight but it was more like a double edged sword.

**** me we got everything on this card. Veterans slugging it out. Dark horses possibly changing the LHW division. Undefeated prospects making their way up the ladder.
