How come Jacobs & Lemieux don't go after the WBO belt?

Saunders is a cherry picking champion. He won't fight either of them unless the WBO orders him to fight them. Both of them are too dangerous for Saunders to willingly fight them. Saunders might hold the WBO belt a long time by only defending it against guys he knows he can beat.

They need to wait until the winner of the fight. Jacobs & Khurtsidze have the same trainer so I doubt they'll fight. Lemieux isn't ranked by the WBO Lemieux ranked 4th, should move up aswell with Langford losing, Murata fighting for the WBA and Khurtsidze/Saunders happening, should be mandatory soon

Good question, you would think that would be plan B. Perhaps Saunders isn't willing to lay it on the line against them, or maybe they aren't willing to travel across the pond to fight him? Whoever holds that belt certainly has more leverage for a match with GGG, providing he can beat Canelo.
