I thought about this and did some research. It's a very short list, with all fighters having been able to accomplish it recently.
There's Pacquiao and Floyd ofc, in 90/00/10 decades.
Hopkins 90/00/10.
Vitali and Mosley are two fighters that did not win a belt in a 3rd decade, but rather carried one into it.
Hearns misses the cut by a few months having won his first in '80.
Wlad won his first title in 2000 and misses the cut.
If you can believe it(and if you count interim), Randall f*cking Bailey and Zab Judah are also on the list for the 90/00/10 decades.
If anybody could think of any other fighter, be my guest. :boxing: Just felt like sharing this interesting detail. (Anything to distract from the usual crap)
Y'all motherfvckers so forgetting about REAL DEAL Evander Holyfield
80s cruiser
90s heavyweight champ
00s paper champ vs Ruiz, and also got robbed vs valuev for another belt
I believe Duran was a 3 decade champ and could have been a FOUR decade champ, but I don't believe he had one in the 90's. Just 70's, 80's, and in 2000. Can someone verify that?
According to Boxrec, he lost 4 title shots during the 90s
This is the primer as to why Floyd is TBE. UndefeatedMayweather is great and undefeated but it is just opinion and not fact that he is the best fighter ever. I don;t think he is the best fighter who ever lived. In my opinion SRR beats him at welterweight. Hearns beats him at welterweight. Duran beats him at lightweight and 140. Henry Armstrong beats him at 130, 135 140 and 147. Jose Napoles beats him at 130, 135, 140, and 147. I rate all of these boxers as better fighters than Mayweather when they were in their prime in their best weight classes. Mayweather's strength is he had a very long time of being a great fighter. He was great from age 20 to age 38 and few boxers can match that. I believe the boxers I named and others I didn't name were better at their best than Mayweather was at his best and that means he isn't TBE in my opinion.
