The fight was close because Golovkin wanted it close. He could finish Jacobs in any round but decided to let him go. Why? To lure out Canelo and Sanders, those two cowards, GGG had to sucrifice his KO streak. Just rewatch 4 and 5 rounds. GGG was murdering DJ, knocked him down and could go on. But decided to give DJ a few rounds. Every round for DJ could be like 4th round. 33 landed GGG, only 11 for DJ. Just rewatch it. GGG was playing with DJ and Canelo. He won the first half of the fight and thought ok, lets lose some rounds. And he won the 12th round easily just in case. With Kell Brook Golovkin was sloppy on purpose. With Saunders in June Golovkin will fight lazily.
But when and if Canelo steps into the ring you will see the same old sharp and murderous Golovkin.
So that's where your posts come from...it all makes sense now... Just kidding, bruh
But seriously, this is some retarded sh it here. I'll say GGG 'let' Monroe hit him. I'll say GGG didn't give a sh it about getting hit by Brook as he walked him down. But I don't see how Golovkin did anything to let Jacobs hit him, or intentionally look bad against Jacobs. Jacobs is a good fighter, and his corner had a great strategy for the fight
I'm gonna eat 20 white castle's, drink a 40 of St. Ides and then stick a cat 5 cable in my ass and connect it to my laptop, open NSB, and I gurantee the **** that comes thru the cable will create better threads than this retarded fvckboy!.
Have some respect for Golovkin please. He'd have to be a idiot to do that.
To follow the gameplan? It was a bad gameplan, Sanchez put too much fear of Jacobs power into Golovkin, he could have ended that fight by the midway point if he wasnt fighting like his head would explode upon contact.
I could've created a better thread by shitting on my computer with nsb opened and then hitting enter.

An anti-Golovkin troll pretending to be a fanboy to make Golovkin fans look bad.
Nice try, Kigali.
and yeah, this is what kigali / realpugilist does when he's bored on a thursday morning.
the fight was close because jacobs is a solid fighter who landed enough effective punches to make it close on the cards. golovkin's main disadvantage were his size and his age. jacobs looked huge in there, and golovkin's not a huge middleweight. secondly, golovkin is almost 35, had 350 amateur fights , and his style lends itself to getting punched in the face. jacobs is not only younger, he had a long layoff due to cancer, and while it wasn't good for his body it did preserve his brain from the punishment that comes with taking 2-4 pro fights a year and sparring without any rest.
expect a rematch to look similar. i would expect a different gameplan from both teams, but i would expect a similar level of parody. the bigger, younger fighter isn't as good, but he's still bigger and younger and that says a lot in the context of golovkin's style, which we all know isn't well suited for fighting bigger guys.
To me it looked clear that Golovkin was playing. Like he was sparring. The fight being as close as it was though, was attributable to his inexperience in what it takes to clearly outpoint and win a decision. Not that he doesnt necesseraily know how to win a round but he showed inexperience in giving away as many rds as he did and took the olaying a bit far.
And I dont know why people deny it. How often was Jacobs really hitting Golovkin and lighting him up before thr 10th and 11th? Golovkin pulled his forehead defense in those rds.
His gameplan was to box and he never felt an urgency or need to hurt Jacobs.
Have some respect for Golovkin please. He'd have to be a idiot to do that.
The main reason that GGG didn't walk right through Jacobs and knock him out in round 4 or 6 was obvious and one that I never saw mentioned on any boxing forums or in the media prior to and after their fight.
Look at GGG in interviews in the week before the fight, it was obvious he had a serious herpes simplex ("cold sores") outbreak on his upper and lower lips. If he is like most people, a cold sore is a result of weak immune system and will seriously affect strength, stamina and mood negatively even though this can be subtle in some people. Even if the cold sores had mostly cleared up on fight night, in his last week before the fight GG probably was running a slight fever, had reduced energy and felt like ****, some people get back pain, headaches are common etc. This is most likely why GGG had a "bad" night against Danny Jacobs.
and another point that everyone talks about is GGG's power...most say he was simply born with "heavy hands" or he uses special training techniques (which is partly true). Have a look at GGG's forearms, they look like they belong on a cruiserweight boxer who lays bricks during the day. His forearms are big and heavy and along with focus, timing, solid footwork and body movement etc , this is where the power comes from, that's another point that I haven't read or heard about.
GGG never looked "in danger" and tbh Jacobs didn't either after the 4th round. GGG was getting hit but he never even wobbled.
I do believe the reach and height played a large role in GGG not KO'ing Jacobs.
It seems that triple G partly wanted a decision and partly didn't want to get rocked.
Lol you know your GGG nut-hugging thread is bad when even some of GGG's strongest supporters on this site are making fun of you.
Maybe if you ask the mods nicely they'll delete this thread and you can save yourself from further embarrassment.
I think Golovkin and Abel did not want to make it so close. They thought the were winning pretty convincingly, but but they decided to win the 12 just in case. I give Golovkin the first 5 rounds + knockdown and so did GGG and Sanchez. Golovkin was the aggresor, the one who wanted to fight. So all close rounds go to him. They thought after the 5th round: ok, lets lure Canelo out. But the judges made it a really risky game.
