So as far as I know he started doing Random Drug testing for the Kell Brook fight. Ever since then he hasn't looked like the murderous puncher that he was before the drug testing. He's a good boxer, but I've always suspected him of juicing. He just showed up when he was like 30 as this big knockout artist. Nobody heard of him until then. Look at his older fights before HBO. He wasn't this murderous puncher. Like Pacman after the drug testing he hasn't looked the same. Agree or Disagree?
Yet, he still knocked the opponent down and won a UD on the cards. Flip the microscope on Jacobs and his streak of 12 consecutive KO's came to an end and GGG handed his only career loss besides the one where he was sick from cancer.
Was it because Jacobs wasn't really that good or that GGG was better than all the other guys he had faced previously? :boxing:
Mora knocked the same guy down, actually look at the KD it wasn't hard it was a mix of a punch a push and off balance trip rolled into one, big deal chinny Jacobs went down not hurt and got up and exposed GGG as one dimensional plodder.
All the other guys he faced are not much this has been echoed all the way through, his resume is piss poor the best guy on it was a WW that had beat one top guy, GGG is ATG nothing a big puncher against average guys.
The opponents got better, his record is full of average guys until Brook and Jacobs and GGG has shown to be one dimensional against them, you young fans have got to stop this roid excuses for everything, he was tested against a good MW that wasn't scared of him and GGG was exposed by some movement and boxing.

You can question and answer whether the hype was right, it wasn't he is no ATG just a big puncher in a weak era of MWs, can only imagine what Roy Jones Toney Bhop etc would do to him.
Well you just listed 3 of the best MW to ever step inside the ring. I don't think putting him in the same conversation as guys like McCallum or Martinez is outrageous (and McCallum is a HOF while Martinez will make it).
GGG doesn't get the right amount of credit from his haters and his biggest fans. He's a HOF MW when he retires and actually has good ability inside the ring.
It's been 2 fights, both of which he won, against opponents who people believed was a good quality opponent for GGG. Not sure how you can question anything at this point.
