LOL How have I not heard the usual Floyd brigade mention this? hahahaha I found this randomly on my youtube. They bring him up and quote him for everything and this went under the radar...remember the Myanerds are the same guys that scored it for Ward.
I'm not trying to start anything but this made me laugh hahaha
"I call a spade a spade"
But... will a fight against GGG make him more money if it is held further into the future?
Also - would a loss to GGG hurt his future earnings?
Yeah, the reasons Canelo isn't fighting GGG is down to money. We call that ducking, Floyd calls that smart business - and exactly what he would do.
LOL so are you trying to say this fight needs to marinate?
Canelo can not fight anyone right now who would make more money for him than GGG. Bottom line.
Mayweather fully understands what ducking is, he also knows how to lie about it lol

This is what I believe:
He doesn't look at ducking the same way that boxing fans do. He doesn't look at it as a courage thing, or as a challenge thing, or a legacy thing - he looks at it purely fiscally.
If Canelo is managing his career in a way that maximises his money, then Floyd can't see that as ducking anyone.

I don't know how Floyd can sit there and say that Canelo is not ducking Golovkin.

hi
I don't infer most Manny fans became GGG fans. I point out that the specific dregs of the worst piece of Manny's fanbase-guys like hugh grant, Golovkin, Freedom and others-that jumped on GGG once Floyd beat Manny.
:D :D :D ...
... everybody knows that Floyd badly injured his shoulder in that fight and that he immediately gave Castillo the rematch -- even if he wasn't contractually bound to do so ...
But simply comparing FMJr to AW represents a plain fallacy and it shows that the one who makes that comparison DKSAB...
You Floyd ball gobblers know about that. Floyd did stand up like a real man, and give Castillo his rematch though. That's back when Floyd was a real man, and not a cherry picking Diva.
I don't know how Floyd can sit there and say that Canelo is not ducking Golovkin.
It's the biggest fight that can be made at middleweight. Canelo was supposedly the lineal Middleweight champion. The people want it, the critics want it, Golovkin wants it and they're the two biggest draws.
Golovkin is 34 years old now. If he hasn't started his decline already then it's pretty ****ing close.
If you can sit there with a serious face and say Canelo is not ducking GGG, then you might not know what you're talking about.
At least Ward had the balls to take the biggest fight available to him, something you can't even say about Floyd.
Mayweather not being able to recognise a duck? well I wonder why that is lol
Ward beat Kovalev, more than Floyd beat Castillo in their first fight.

Floyd is mad because Andre Ward was willing to get in there with a prime killer from a higher weightclass. Something Floyd himself avoided throughout his whole career.
Why does Floyd sound half-retarded?
Genetic? Idiocy? Because he fought for 20 years but took 1% of the damage Foreman took, yet Big George can speak so eloquently.
No, man, he took enough punishment himself...
(it's called dementia pugilistica -- a type of chronic traumatic encephalopathy)...
No.. If you know what you're watching it's easy to score ward won rounds 5, 7 -9, and 11 that's not enough he got outworked and outlanded every other round not hard to score at all.
The guys who say the fight was hard to score and had lots of rounds that coudl have gone either way (hence Ward could feasibly win the fight in a close fashion even while getting KD) are the same guys who give Ward 5 or 6 rounds in a row lol
You cant make this **** up
Thurman-Garcia wasn't hard to score but Ward-kov was, that's the difference. it was a highly competitive fight that could have gone either way.
It's only easy to score if you're a kovalev fanboy, you probably ignored all the work Ward did.

No, Ward won a moral victory in his win over Sergey 'The Krusher' Kovalev. He allowed patience and character to carry the day for him in that bout; A bout in which he should have been easily KO and lost.
Easy fight to score, one guy dominated, threw more punches, landed more, landed heavier shots and knocked the other guy down, but you know what, the russian enemy of the states wasnt allowed to win vs the US hero, but every real fan knows the truth.
114-113 Ward.
So Ward won 7 rounds on your card. See this is the exact problem I'm talking about. The one's who claim Wrd won on this forum, constantly claim it was such a close fight...yet for Ward to win by your card, he must have won all but one of the rounds post round 6 and one/two of the rounds in the first 6.
How is a fight close if you give 5 out of a possible 6 rounds in a row to one of the fighters. That's not a close fight.
Mathematically, you scoring the fight like that and caling it close just doesn ot work out, so explain it to me. YOu and the few others who had Ward winnings, have Ward dominating the second half of the fight when that's just not possible.

What was your score for the fight.
Ward beat Kovalev, more than Floyd beat Castillo in their first fight.
From what I can remember Ward won more rounds than Castillo, but in the rounds Castillo won he won them clearly.
you can make all the assumptions you want but if you've been on this forum as long as i have or even a shorter period, you know exactly who they are. I'm not going to spend time searching for them on this forum lol
