Who wins Ward vs Kovalev 2 and why no poll only real assessments allowed

Kovalev, he's in Wards head, Ward doesn't believe he won that fight and its in there even if he won't admit it, when they announced the winner he had a shocked look on his face, it was pretty clear he knew he didn't deserve that decision.

I think that kovalev knows what ward will bring now...if kovalev uses his jab and can keep ward from spoiling then he wins by decision or late stoppage , kovalev will be out for revenge and i don't thinks wards tactic will work this time and pot shotting won't be enough in the rematch

I think the dynamics change a bit in this fight. Kovalev is mad and has grounds to be I suppose, I along with alot of people thought he won the first fight, albeit narrowly. I think he switches gears this time and goes for the stoppage. Ward will have to wade through hell for 3-5 rounds, If he can make it through the onslaught and can stay off the canvas he will win and it may be tight depending what kind of damage he has taken early on. Ward is slick enough to make it through the barrage I think but it depends on Kovalev's gas tank. If he can sustain pressure and punishment past 5 rounds its going to be rough for Andre. Now, thats not how I think Kovalev should fight him but I think the odds are he will.

Other than that...im super confident about a kovalev KO....i think he was hesitant because of all the hype about wards invincibility and his apparent floyd like skills. Now that kovalev has seen him up close...felt his lack of genuine power and realised that his skills arent much more than shoeshining mixed with a bit of rough house defensive work...i expect kovalev to regain his pride and go straight from the opening bell. Im not sure it will be pretty...but its gonna hurt..and ward isnt going to make the 12.

Still pretty tough. I picked Ward in a close fight the first time, still leaning to Ward. He's just got the external assistance and thus the conditioning to stay in there muscling for 12. Kovalev stands a very good chance though, it'll only be in the first few rounds, he needs to start quick and show no mercy. Problem with Ward is when you try to force a fight on him, a lot of ugly sht will break out as he dives and tackles you to get a clinch, it will be rough, but Kova has to be rough back.

First I don't think it happens. Second I think Kovalev wins by KO. As much as I wanted Ward to win in dominating fashion the first fight, I think Kovalev is just too strong for him and I expect the second fight to be a lopsided beat down. Still be rooting for Ward though.

I honestly don't think Ward can do anything different than he did.. Some of you guys who think he put on some type of clinic in the second half of that first fight need to get your eyes checked... Kovalev still landed the same punches and Ward just worked the body out of clinches... It's gonna be the same thing over again, a close decision either way... There styles mesh really well....high level chess...I can see a close decision happening but I think ward wins by 4 rounds this time It was no clinic but he definitely adapted and took control of the fight. That was my fav fight of last year Don't get much better than 2 prime/near prime P4P types fighting each other
