I've seen so many people and Eddie Hearn (understandably as he's the promoter) claim that the fight with Brook is the best in the division despite Garcia-Thurman unifying with unbeaten records. Many have also said he's a much tougher ask than Pacquiao and although I've been on the Spence train for a while now, despite being a prospect he is a world level rookie. He has bags of potential but is unproven, Kell just fought GGG and is being given tons of credit for fighting his mandatory, he wouldn't dodge one to save his life vs Dan and Bizier but he almost moved a division as soon as the first tough test came up. To sum up, please don't compare Spence to a guy like Pacquiao who won a world title as recent as November, it's disrespectful. P.s I got Brook winning a late stoppage, I think he beats Garcia and Thurman too for the record but fighting your mandatories is what you're supposed to do.
How has Brook proven himself in his 13 year career? By winning a split decision against Porter? Spence is doing more in his short 4 yr career than Brook ever did. Getting in the ring with GGG for a payday doesn't prove anything. It was a win-win situation as everyone knew he was going to lose and got paid well. This guy has pulled out of too many fights against decent fighters only to fight some Euro bums. Brook is all hype just like Spence is, the difference is one has been fighting for over ten years while the other was just a prospect a year ago.
I agree 100% with everything you said! Neither has done crap!
Man, are you on glue? In an earlier post you said you weren't from the same country as Khan (The UK) you were Moroccan. Now you're saying you are.
Forget this ****, i'm not wasting any more time with you.
Khan's from pakistan and I'm from morocco, it's not rocket science.
In before he ducked brook for a bigger name and more money.
If he gets Pacquiao it would make sense, but still, he is still wasting his career away.
Khan hates Brook that much that he clearly doesn't want to lose to him which involves even avoiding fighting him at all. Sad.
HAHHAAHAHAHA omg this is so embarrassing. I was born, raised and live in Manchester, Khan is from Bolton not Manchester. Also no Asian speaks arabic, south asia speak urdu hindi or bengali etc. Rest of Asia: cantonese, mandarin, Japanese and so on. Arab countries and some countries in africa speak arabic. Good try though

Then why is your location at Manchester England?
And those that speak Arabic are mostly Asian.
The reason for this was due to you making out that Brook was trying to duck Spence by moving to 154. I pointed out that his move to 154 was down to him not being able to make weight safely after going to 160 if he did choose to do so, and not because he was scared of Spence. Which you tried to make out.

Those who speak Arabic are...drumroll....Arabs. Naseem Hamed (Yemeni) was Arabic. Arab countries include Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria. Asian countries include Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. Pakistanis speak Urdu. You're welcome.
Salim is an Arabic name, maybe you should do some research before making such discriminatory remarks. Khan's not from Manchester either, he's from Bolton. I'm Moroccan if it means that much to you, last time I checked that was in Africa. And smear? I'm pretty sure I said I favour him over Spence, Garcia, Thurman and Khan. :bottle: :op: What accusation did I make too? Sounding a little confused with your argument right now.
Can confirm Salim is Arabic. Means peaceful person.

You're not from the same country as Khan coming from Manchester England?
You call yourself Salim which is an Asian name. You go all out to defend Khan at all costs and smear Brook with ridiculous accusations. You're not a British Asian? Could have fooled me.

I'm not from the same race or country, I'd like to know how you came to that conclusion purely based on my username or post  keep your bigot assumptions to yourself your embarrassment. I stand by the purpose of this thread, Spence is a very tough and capable opponent but not the hardest fight in the division. The end.

There's a big difference in having a different opinion that makes sense, and one that is designed to smear someone with a false narrative just because he happens to be a rival of someone you defend to the hilt because you're the same race and religion. Big difference.

Stop acting like an overly sweetened fruitcake.
To you Davis at 22 is a ducker for not fighting Loma....but Brook at 31 is alowed to "test the waters" at 154.
Seems to me that you have the bar set higher for Tank..for some reason.
Brook beat Porter, has fought GGG, and will be fighting Spence next. I'm not sure why you keep bringing him up.
You don't seem to understand my Davis thread. You seem confused and emotional about it. I'm not going to explain myself about Mayweather saying he won't make Davis-Loma, Davis being the IBF champ, the definition of what a champ is, and the 130 pound division. It's not worth continuing to discuss this with you. I've already said i'm a Davis fan and want to see him vs the best, just like I want to see all of my favorite fighters fight the best. You seem to be gay for Davis.
Kell Brook had his rematch at 152 with Carson Jones.
Fighting a bloated WW at 152 is not a testing waters fight though. Fighting a weak 154 contender, like Liam Smith, would be.
So let me get this straight, dummie, Gervonta Davis, IBF Super featherweight champion, has to test the waters of Super featherweight?
How does this apply to Kell Brook, who has 0 fights at 154, and better yet 0 wins above 147?
Idiot, just stop posting already.

Khan's not even in my top 5 favourite fighters, I know the dude's family so I support him :lol1: I'm not going anywhere :bottle: if you can't handle a difference of opinion good luck in life pal

Wait
I thought you were against testing the waters???
Or does it just apply to Tank???

He's not, it's just the American hype train. Once he gets hit by a puncher we will see.
I'm taking Kell Brook over him in London, in a close fight. Kell is so durable
Spence ko brook at 147
You're comparing a guy that's been around for 12 years to a guy that's been around for 5.
Brook should slap himself. Outside of GGG and his best win is Sean Porter in 12 years? Yeah okay...
Thurman vs Garcia is probably the better fight in terms of both guys being more proven. But Spence vs Brook is a hell of a lot better than Khan vs Brook.
Spence isnt just any old prospect. He is clearly a very good fighter. Plus Brook making 147 again is no mean feat. He already struggled before putting on more mass to fight GGG. Then you have the eye injury which historically come back to haunt fighters even after they are supposed to have healed. There is a lot of intrigue in this match up. Im actually leaning towards Spence right now because of Brooks eye and weight issues.
If Khan can get Pac then thats great. And it represents a move towards sorting this division out. But realistically Khan is only a borderline top 10 WW atm, and Pac has been past prime for ever now. Pretty much waiting for him to fall off the cliff before (hopefully) retiring. This isnt as good a fight as Thurman vs Garcia or Brook vs Spence.
