The problem is that he's fought 1 half decent fighter in almost 40 fights. That's basically the top and bottom of it. I think people would be more forgiving if Stiverne was the only decent fighter he had fought in about 20 fights or something. I think some do slate him too much, lets remember he was a week away from fighting Povetkin before he got caught. If he doesn't fight another top HW in 2017 though, then i'd say the slating is justified.

Because he's been the Undefeated WBC champion and hasnt fought proper challengers for over 2 years ,if you know boxing (IF ) you would know Washington shouldn't count either even though its his most dangerous guy hes facing yet .
