yet he somehow beat edwin rodriguez who was lineal light heavyweight champ at one point. what a world.
Lineal is overrated. Holmes won the lineal championship by beating up an old, Parkinson's-riddled Ali.
I remember when williams jr was a highly touted prospect and then he had a meltdown against a shot campillo on friday night fights. campillo took that boy's soul.
And now Browne is in the same position where Williams was before Campillo. I'm not all that impressed by Browne tbh, and we'll see what he's truly made of when he fights Stevenson.
This is nothing new, he comes in wild and gets dropped most every fight. He was down hard vs Cornelius white, some old slow glass chin Cuban, and then hurt pretty bad vs ERod.
You mean Umberto Savigne?
I don't count last night, because he was clearly out after Browne cheated and intentionally hit him hard on the back of the head.
Against Stevenson, well as much as I don't like Adonis, he's definitely one of the biggest punchers in the sport and he absolutely nailed him. It was probably the KO of the year.

He's been KO'd twice in a row now, and he's been down a total of 6 times in his last 2 fights.
Bad/old legs more than having a bad chin. His senses are all there but the legs aren't reacting well after being hit.
I wanna see Browne-Smith Jr.
This would make sense for both at this point... Only problem is Smith Jr clan knows their boxer is overhyped and want to make a couple $$$$ before reality strikes back...
Yeah his chin is pretty bad. The biggest problem with it is that he throws the dumbest power shots and leaves himself open to take counters.
your are so right notice that even when winning fights
It does seem like every time a good punch lands on his jaw he goes down. He also has very little will to win and determination. He would rather stay down and point to the back of his head to get a DQ win than get up and try to win with his fists.
It's not a glass jaw, it's terrible defense. His footwork is awful and he squares himself up.
The fights where he does his best is when he's in brawls.
lumbering lefts that took an age to hit thin air, chin pointing up to the sky.
Talking to the ref not paying any notice to the southpaw that was hammering **** out of his face, is it any wonder he lost?
Exposed completely. What i saw last night was poor at best, and despite brownes hit whilst williams was taking a knee, he was always going to knock him into next week.
Stevenson really did half the job for Brown... William's mind was still shaky...
Brown is destroyed by Adonis sooner or later...
I wanna see Browne-Smith Jr.
He performs one of the cardinal sins of boxing, not being defensively responsible even when on offense. Chin all up in the air and square as hell when he throws punches. He paid for it
