You're wrong a lot of people would pay to see Soulja boy get his ass kicked, and a lot of people still mad st Chris about Rihanna and want to see him get beat up, the ppv off top does atleast 200k. Soulja says he's getting paid a mil so brown is probably getting the same, they can easily make profit.
would you honestly pay $50 to watch a fight between two dudes who likely have no near fighting experience?
Even if you price the fight right ($10-$15), you're going to need a lot of folks forking over money to make it work.
Vanilla Ice vs Todd Bridges was my ****. That and Chyna (RIP) fighting Joey Buttafuco and just getting destroyed. Turns out fat old dudes are stronger than in shape roided out women.
I forgot abt that buttafuco one. Watched it live and was like DAMN. Dude went in.
2nd best is prbably manute boll vs the fridge
but the real challenge was shaq vs mosely, holy **** that was a good one.
As far as these rap fights, hell why dont everybody that ever beefed sign up? joe buddens vs raekwon, math vs diz, raider klan vs asap, pbcarti vs asspizza
I feel like we already endured Celebrity Boxing on Fox in the early '00s. Anyone who is old enough and had the misfortune of watching that short lived experiment will attest; this will end up being a disappointment to their fans and to fans of boxing. All things being equal, I'd rather not have boxing make headlines for sideshow attractions like this.

TBE continues to do great things for the sport. This is how real warriors handle themselves. Cowards these days always reach for their guns or bows and arrows but Brown and Soulja Boy are showing their warrior spirit by meeting in the center of the ring and going toe to toe for 12 rounds. Respect.
Lol, it certainly can't make it any worse! I love to seeing fake gangster/ tough guys get exposed, doing it in the ring is even better.
Something similar happened a while back. A dude from the rap group Onyx got beat up by some skateboard dude, it warmed my heart to see him humbled.
Sticky fingers haha
He got shown up in the ring
Brown-Soulja Boy isn't going to generate $15m (between the PPV, the live gate, the sponsors, the international money, etc).
To go even further, I even doubt that that Pacquiao-Horn Australia nonsense fight even ends up generating the $15m that Ward-Kovalev did.

The real question is do we laugh or cry if it sells more than Ward vs Kovalev?

Is This Sh*t Real
He's trolling, but it's to the point that, if folks go with it, you might actually have something to work with.
He was talking it up (as a joke for a bit), but the moment the moment that he got up to him and Floyd putting up $500k for the scrap, and not laughing at the thought, things got a touch serious.
Chris Brown is a superstar in his own right (based out of Los Angeles), Soulja Boy is apparently a superstar in Atlanta; not saying that you go to T-Mobile Arena with the fight, but you can't tell me that they could do something that could draw a sizable crowd to Mandalay Bay Events Center (though 10k is still a hell of an ask, tbh).
Between Floyd and 50 Cent's $500k, MGM Resorts likely being willing to kick in a good piece of money if they can make an actual event of, and SODMG (Soulja Boy's artist roster), CBE (Brown's artist roster), About Billions (Broner's artist roster) and TMT Music Group (Floyd's artist roster) having enough between them to have a weekend of shows to add to the event, you've got the makings of something could make a lot of sense for everyone involved.
Whether Chris Brown and Soulja Boy actually take that step to being willing to get punched in the face (even if they end up getting the money to split $750k for a modified 4-rounder, I doubt it actually happens) is on them, but the business is there if folks want to pursue it.
I don't know who either of them are but they better learn to throw real punches and not just wing some bull**** out there like most people who have never been in real fights before. Hard to keep any credibility when you fight like a *****. If they fight like basketball players it will be a comical ****show.
Making hip hop real again!

Bieber vs Rousey next. Quick fight for Ronda to get her confidence back, although I heard the Beibs is quite an athlete. According to the poster NEW ENGLAND, dancers are quite the athletes and make great scrappers so Beibs has a chance...
I;ll watch it, and I seen some other rappers like 21 savage and some others want to be on the card to and fight and handle their "BEEF" with other rappers on that card. So Im thinking they can pull this card off with like 4 fight of rappers, looks like its gonna be a 3 rounder though. I would have perfered 6 at least.
Just under ten minutes that's long enough for some guys who haven't had a fist fight probably since high school if that.
