He has been done, all his lame predictions are my fighter will KO yours, he is all head games that dont even work anymore its getting tired.
He actually hurt Pacquiaso progress, Pac trained himself and uses his own style, Pac has been doing the same mittwork before he got with Roach.
Roach tries to train every fighter like Pacquiao, he is trying to make everyone fight like Pac with the one two three roll out and fire a one two before the fighter resets.
The only other fighter who had success with that style was Amir Khan, no other fighter, that style is only good for guys with super fast hands and fast feet, Pac and Khan an its Pacs original style.
roach doesnt teach defense or ring cutting. He is garbage and loves the money and fame, all he has is Pacman.
Absolutely. Don't forget he lost with Postol badly as well. Lebedev, Cuellar, and the dude Lipinets fought earlier was also trained by him.
Keep in mind other than Postol and the dude Lipinets fought, Lebedev and Cuellar were favorites.
If I recall he's 1-4 in his last 5 fights. With Pacquiao being the only guy winning for him.
This is very reminiscent of the 2012 year where Linares, Khan, Pacquiao, Chzvez Jr. all suffered really bad losses.
Yeah the fact that Crawford is a top 5 P4P fighter had nothing to do with him thrashing Pistol did it? I don't care if Angelo Dundee trained Postol he was not going to beat Crawford. Same with Mares. Anyone who knows boxing knew Mares was going to box the hell out of Cuellar. If your going to blame a trainer for his fighter losing then you better prepare to put him on a pedestal when his fighter wins. It's all BS anyway. For the majority of fighters, and there are exceptions, but the majority of fighters who dominate the sport would dominate no matter who their trainer is. If Roach trained Mayweather he would still be undefeated. But there are a few fighters who after getting the right trainer were able to end up becoming great fighters.
Freddie Roach is an offensive coach. He suits better to fighters that are naturally agressive in fights. And Cuellar looks like Idk. Look at Tommy Harisson's son, he looked like a beast in there and people saw the improvements when he hooked up with Roach.
You mean Tommy MORRISON'S son?
Denis Lebedev last week.
Cuellar this week.
WTF!!! Are you serious with this thread?? Robert Garcia went 0-3 one night not too long ago. All trainers lose, especially ones like Garcia and Roach who train several fighters. All the great trainers including Nacho, Steward and many others have nights where their fighters all lose in one night. A waste of a thread that makes no sense. Even if it wasn't about Roach and was about some other trainer it's still a ridiculous topic to ask if a trainer is done because two of his fighters lose.

chill, bruh, Lebedev put up a great effort, he came back well in that fight. With Cuellar, I can't say too much but I did make note of his weight earlier. This was their first fight together and Freddie said he felt Cuellar should be at 130 before the fight, he said he was cutting too much weight getting down to 26 and Robert Garcia said Cuellar struggled making 126 two years ago. When Cuellar weighed in at 124, I thought that was a worrying sign considering he started camp real heavy. But I'll have to see the fight before speaking anymore on that. I just needed to defend Lebedev.
and he trained more than just those two guys.
