Let's hope Broner -Burns happens and Broner gets that belt while Crawford in the meantime picks up the IBF.... Then Broner-Crawford for all the titles... That would be a good fight..one sided but good to watch.
I am 100 percent with you on that one..wish Broners dumbass never lost his title on the scales
And GGG moved up from 140 to 160 as a professional. So he moved up so what now?
what the fvck are you talking about??? he began his career as a middleweight
I would love to see Crawford get the Pacquiao fight at 140, that's the best thing that can happen for him. It would bring him the Credit people are reluctant to give him. But then i would be okay with TC staying at 140 for another year and taking all belts, then moving up to 147. I think TC best weight class is 140 and that's why he want to be unified undisputed champion there. In any case, going 147, he can beat anyone there and become a champion, but that's, imo, his limit in weight. If he goes 155 or more he's simply going to be too muscular or too fat.

He would be a good addition to 147. If he wants to unify all the belts at 140 then why not but i think he has nothing left to prove there really. Same for GGG at 160 but at least there was a potential huge fight with Canelo which was worth staying for but aside from that, he should move up. Crawford doesn't really have much worth staying for at 140 apart from some belts which will probably be a formality if he gets those fights.
As i've said in the past, i'm a sucker for guys unifying. It doesn't happen often, so i like to see if fighters can achieve it. I'd enjoy seeing it.
That said i can understand if he doesn't go down that route as the other 2 title holders are not high profile fights for him.
If he can get guys like Pacquiao instead, he's better off doing so.
I don't kind of but not really impressive considering who has the remaining straps at 140 with Burns & Ingondo
I'd rather Bud faces big names if he can get them because 140 is pretty thin
I would definitely love to see him pick up that IBF as soon as possible. I'm not really interested in a Burns rematch but maybe someone better like Barthelemy will take the WBA next year and then make a big unification fight with Crawford. I'm also hoping that Frankie Gomez will get a big fight in 2017, and Felix Diaz is naturally a junior welter too. And then there's Lipinets, Orozco, Ramirez and Baranchyk coming through. So there's actually plenty of good options at junior welter, despite claims to the contrary
Pacquiao has obviously got to be his #1 priority, but other than that I hope he sticks around as long as his body permits it
He said as much in the post fight interview. he wants to stay at 140 and unify, but it seems like such an empty sentiment as of now. He's already beat Burns, so basically he's gonna stick around for the African dude? If he can get the Broner-Granados winner (esp if it's Broner), then I could understand that, that could be a lucrative fight. Or maybe he assumes Mikey moves up, which is another lucrative fight.
I think part of it is him just being smart. 140 isn't anything great right now. Moving up in weight isn't always so easy, you'll find yourself against heavier hitters and maybe he wants that division to clear itself out a little bit, let Thurman, Garcia, Brook, and Spence beat on each other before he moves in. Those reasons I can imagine, otherwise who the f*ck wants to see a Burns rematch?
He has already moved up once, he should stay at 140 and get all the titles and become undisputed. Lets see if this is possible
No need. The Pacman will snatch that two belts the lineal title from TC next year!!!
"Keith Thurman keeps on calling him out like Donald Trump! If he wants to fight Pacquiao tell his manager Al Haymon, where I have a good enough relationship with to make these fights!"
- Bob Arum.
And actually, GGG's opposition is going to be better. With Charlo and Canelo moving up and with Jacobs and Saunders still brewing in we have a good division, especially with the chances that Lara would move up for the payday.
...and Eubank Jr. will hopefully get his ***** together. I meant that GGG's opposition wouldn't necessarily get better if he moved up to 168, and that seems to be the case. DeGale and Jack are with Haymon, so all that's left is Groves which is a match-up I do like. If GGG/Lara hasn't happened yet, I won't hold my breath for GGG/Charlo.
Both Arum and Loeffler say that they have a positive relationship with Haymon, but like I said before, WHERE ARE THE FIGHTS?
Ah so now you are complaining about Networks and promotion. Didn't arum said he is working with Haymon? And would work with him even more to make these fights? You kept blabbering about GGG that promotional networks don't matter as long as he gives the money. Now that it is the same case for Crawford you are asking him not to for the same reason you called "dumb and stupid" for GGG. You are literally exposing the double standards of you people.
Arum did say that, but where is the proof? I was under the same impression that after the legal drama between Arum/Haymon, fights would start getting made but nothing has changed. I make the same reasoning for GGG that I'm currently making for Crawford: they shouldn't move up when there is no guarantee that their opposition will get any better. Outside of Pacquiao, who else is there? And Pac said he would come down to 140, so Crawford doesn't even need to move up for it to happen.

Crawford has 2 titles at 140, he should go for the other 2 titles and be undisputed | BoxingScene Community
