Pac's speed will present him problems, and his aggression would be a double edged sword here - if he pressures Brook he will open opportunities for himself and will have the volume/workrate advatage, but he will also open up opportunities for Brook to counter him and take control of exchanges by landing bigger, crisper shots and holding his ground.
I see Brook winning a hard fought UD, possible late stoppage depending on how much of a puss the ringside doc and ref are.
What say you!?
Brook would most likely smash him up and stop him and end his career.
Feel like it would be a Mayweather vs Gatti type match-up at this stage of MPs career.

I actually believe that Brook wont be the same after the punishment he took from golovkin and i believe he also used to drain himself to make 147. So ill take pac by a close UD.

Need to hear Redd Foxx 's take on this one.

It's fair to say that we've seen a LOT of versatility from Brook. We know Kell can fight off the back foot, knows how to use his jab, reasonably good movement, and has a decent arsenal.
We'll compare Manny to Shawn (not ideal, but he's the most similar competitor Brook has seen). Kell did not have an easy time with Porter. Shawn and Manny are both aggressive but Pac is much less predictable, harder to clinch, not to mention that he has far better timing, accuracy, defense, etc, etc, etc. There's very little that Shawn did to Brook that Manny wouldn't do better. Far better. Likewise, none of the offense I've seen from Kell is the type of thing that has ever been effective against Pac. Even worse, Manny can and probably will hurt Brook, but Kell is very unlikely to do the same.
Brook is simply not the level of fighter Manny Pac is BUT, I'll say that Brook does stand a chance. Why? Because, Kell is a smart, versatile fighter and Pac is fading. We saw this when he repeatedly ate counter rights from Vargas. The Pac from Bradley 3 would comfortably best Kell Brook. The Pac from last night might narrowly decision him. Manny in 2017? He might possibly lose to Brook.
I don't disagree with you about JMM, but I don't see what that has to do with my post, lol.
ah it was guy who you quoted talking about counter punchinf of Brook
One thing you guys dont see here ,is that Marquez is diffrent type of Counter puncher then Brook,he stays in the Pocket and hit you even if hited,Brook whille attack like in GGG fight rather try to hug,he is beating you to the punch more then countering,he was landing best shots on GGG while Golovkin was moving in.his not classic counter puncher.

Kell Brook
Brook was lighting GGG up and took GGG best punch, Brook is huge and has a powerful punch and iron chin.
Pac wont make it past 5 rounds. Brook knocks him out cold and this isnt a joke, He will do it with a power jab.
I can't either, but gave the nod to him on history and the fact the he is pretty explosive p4p.
None of these attributes are big gaps except speed. Brook has great speed but not many fighters in history have Manny's level when he really lets his hands go so I gave him the edge.

Would love to say Pac could do it, but I think tonight showed a couple of critical diminishments in his armoury (I.e. combination output and, critically, lateral movement). I think Brook's right cross would counter him into retirement.
At this point of pac's career i'd favor the much bigger and younger brook. Its a testament to pac's greatness that he can still whoop good fighters at his age, with the wars he has been through and his fighting style but there comes a point where his age will truly show.
He mostly throws one shot now because his speed has diminished and he cant fire his combos and get out of range quick. If he trades the size and strength disadvantage plays a big factor.
Brook is huge for a WW, can box and can punch. If pac beats a guy like brook then that would be huge for pacs legacy
Pac would win a easy decision. Too much head movement and footspeed. Brooks jab would get countered repeatedly
Brooks defense from what I've seen is either clinching or blocking on the ropes. Good luck doing that against PAC
I voted Pacquiao would win on points. Brook says making 147 was killing him. Either he is a liar or making 147 was making him weak. Now that he is a bit older making 147 should be even harder on him. I thought Brook was a few seconds away from being KOed by GGG when his trainer threw in the towel. I believe that fight probably took something out of Brook both mentally and physically. Pacquiao has won lop sided uds complete with knockdowns over top welterweight Bradley and welterweight champion Vargas within the last 6 months. I don't see how he is looking so washed up. Of course he is past prime at 37 years old. He is still good enough to beat top welterweights in their prime so I favor him slightly over Brook. I fail to see why Brook gets a better rating for heart than Pacquiao. When has Pacquiao ever shown a lack of heart? He is as brave as any boxer and braver than most.
