Dave Moretti 114-113, This is boxing corruption at it's best. Gets away with it!

What an absolute cunt Dave Moretti is. He showed how biased he was against Pacquiao in the Mayweather fight, with his ridiculous scoring (118-110.) He confirmed what a blind dildo he is in this fight. Whilst the other two judges scored the fight 118-109 (as did I), Moretti scored it only 114-113. Which ****ing fight was he watching? What he is saying is that without the knockdown, in round 2, he had the fight a draw!!!! In what universe did he think Jessie Vargas won SIX rounds? He is a ****ing corrupt judge. It can't get any obvious than that! # rigged corrupt judges don't belong in boxing. # drain the swamp in vegas too! Floyd's go to Judge in Vegas. 20 fights of biased judging. That was a poor scorecard for sure. 6 rounds for Vargas? Scorecards like that pop up fairly regularly unfortunately.

I like how everyone wants to judge fights while they have extreme bias to hate the other fighter in this case manny, and moretti just couldnt give vargas the win no matter how hard he tried haha

But yeah, right before the fight when they annonced the judges, I was like "WTF is Moreti doing there, should I start to worry about the fight turning into Pac Bradley 1?" And then again after the fight when they announced the first scorecard I was like "oh fuck are they really going to rob him?" Yeah I thought the fix was in when Vargas started celebrating. I thought he's either delusional or knows something we don't.

I agree. I pointed out the same thing on another thread when people started talking about the judge who had it 114-113. Dave Moretti did the same thing to Maidana vs Floyd. He gave Maidana little credit in their first fight YET he was a judge in their 2nd fight! That is just crazy!!! Glad someone else has been noticing also. Floyd hasn't fought since Hatton in 2008 without moretti in his corner... err i mean judging his fights. Typical pro boxing... fighters/promotors choosing the judges.

I gave Vargas a solitary round. Maybe an argument can be made for one of the middle rounds but nothing else. When I heard that I thought "oh ****, they're gonna pull a Bradley here" I think I gave him 2 rounds, watching it live. I'm about to rewatch it. I don't think this was corruption, probably just below average judging. I scored it 116-111 and could've seen a point going either way from there. Granted, my stream was in and out so I missed some small portions of a couple rounds, but I thought it was definitely closer than 118-109

Makes boxing a JOKE to be honest, hell Adalaide Byrd is still a fuking judge so that tells you clearly that people are turning a blind eye to corruption in boxing it is PITIFUL I mean SERIOUSLY and I don't see any serious effort to clean up the corruption with Judges at all they all continue to work and score fights despite their questionable cards

I don't remember seeing complaints when Moretti scored the third Marquez fight for Manny... good example Marquez vs Pac 3. i agree with the thread starter this judge can't score a fight.
