Golovkin fights a true no hoper in Wade then takes on a welterweight. Garcia fights a welterweight in Guerrero and a no hoper in Vargas. So, Why the double standard?
I would believe you if he didn't have guys like Adama, Rosario, etc. on his resume, at a certain point you have to acknowledge that as the level of opposition that he's most comfortable facing.
I don't have a high regard for GGG opponents but he fights who will get in the ring with him. Garcia can literally fight ANYONE at 147. All the top guys are with Haymon and ALL have called him out for a fight and even Crawford has and rumor was Pac put out a good offer for a fight. Talk about comfortable fighting bums, Garcia is the epitome of that
NSB likes GGG, so they don't look at it who he fights, just who he tried to fight. SO if a guy doesn't want to fight GGG NSB gives him a pass when he fights a bum. It's never GGG's fault.
Danny, they only look at who he fights. It doesn't matter that he waited hoping to get a Manny fight or a Floyd fight. All that matters is who he ends up fighting. If its a bum, well it's always Danny's fault.
Lol, you're ridiculous. Literally everyone at 147 has called Garcia out for a fight. Brook in the Uk, Thurman, Porter, Pac allegedly offered yet you wanna sht on GGG when literally NOBODY will get in the ring with him at 160. GTFO with your hypocritical BS.
Garcia fought Campbell and Herrera 3 years apart, not in a 2 year span. During those THREE years Garcia beat 5 champions or former champions which is impressive. GGG has defeated 4 champions or former champions in his career. Five champions is not almost twice as many champions as four champions. Both your math and your accuracy of facts on GGG suck.
so GGG has a better resume than danny garcia? yes or no
if you dont answer yes or no just keep it moving fan boy
GGG is a hypejob and protected in comparison to danny....a kid not even in his 30s with less fights has a better resume than this guy
my favorite is the attempt of a clearly biased fanbase to paint the rest of us as the bad guys.
we recognie that golovkin's resume is lacking. we also understand why :lol1:
sturm
martinez
cotto
alvarez
eubanks
ndam
quillin
possibly jacobs
these guys all turned down the fight. many of htem ditched belts, paid step aside fees, turned down mandatory spots to literally CHALLENGE for a title. the did not want the fight.
yes, golovkin's resume is lacking. it is because he is good, punches hard enough to shorten your career, and is subsequently avoided. There you go, GGG haters. The plain, simple and undeniable truth from a smart, fair and very good poster who knows the facts and keeps the facts correct.
Salka is their one lol
Garcia is a young cat and was fed to the wolves early on
he proved himself and no one expected him to come out on top from when 140 was loaded with talent a few years ago
dude had a span of fights where he fought kendall holt, Matthyssee, Herrera, jUDAH, mORALES, Khan, Nate campbell, Morales back to back...in a 2 year span he defeated more former champions than GGG did in his entire career.....almost twice as many
thats patheticGarcia fought Campbell and Herrera 3 years apart, not in a 2 year span. During those THREE years Garcia beat 5 champions or former champions which is impressive. GGG has defeated 4 champions or former champions in his career. Five champions is not almost twice as many champions as four champions. Both your math and your accuracy of facts on GGG suck.
There must be some kind of NSB rule where when you post a thread about GGG you have to bring up in the thread somewhere that Golovkin's team said 4 years ago they would fight anybody from 154-168.
Even if the guy consistently makes efforts to try to unify 160.
It's literally in every single thread like this.
LOL.
Very true. They always omit the part where Andre Ward also called out Floyd at 154. Then the fact that HBO offered the fight to both Ward and Golovkin around the time GGG allegedly mentioned the 154-168 thing, which was actually in response to an idiotic media guy. Golovkin said yes and Ward said no.
Add in the intimidating Russian/Soviet/Eastern European aura. I like to call it the "Emelianenko Effect." You guys sound like bad fan fiction writers. Why the hell would anybody be afraid of Eastern Europeans? Have Postol, Provdnikov, etc. not been worked over recently. Golovkin is nothing more than Jirov, but without the will to face elite opposition.
beating a former champion doesn't mean much if that former champion is unranked and shot to hell when he fought them. Herrera never was ranked in the top 10 in his whole career. Judah, Morales and Campbell were shot when Garcia beat them. Garcia did not defeat almost twice as many champions in two years as GGG did in his whole career. You are a lying hater and you can't even count. That's pathetic. You don't know sh*t about boxing but you sure think you know everything.
bro...really
why are you so emotional
Garcia clearly has a better resume and is more accomplished than GGG
get over it
you guys look stupid as hell critizing Garcia when GGG just fought a friggin welterweight, and before that he fought a guy we had to google who was on house arrest
Has GGG fought anyone as talented as KHAN, speedy and accomplished as khan, more dangerous than Mathyssee with the power and kos, anyone tricky like Herrera?
answer...heeeeeell no...stop being a cry baby man, its just a boxing conversation
The thing is that when Golovkins opponents get in the ring you can tell they are scared. Their performance is absolute ****. They are scared to stand up to him. Stevens and Brook are the only ones I can think of who fought Golovkin with the same intensity they do other opponents.
I praise Golovkin for giving us fights even though they are tomato cans. Not his fault but I'm not going to praise him as an atg fighter for it.

morales and campbell were not top ten but the rest were a few were titlists/champs when he fought them
so that eliminates ouma for GGG then, washed up former 154 titlist
bro...in their entire career...GGG has fought 4 former champions/titlist...garcia defeated 8
Garcia has less fights and is younger
Wade was a fking Mandatory, I'm sure he didn't go out searching for him like Garciamdid this bum he's fighting next. And Brook called out Garcia for a fight and the unibrow tucked and ran... So yeah, exactly the same.
Nvm u right
Actually, Wade is better than both Vargas and Guerrero, which is sad. Those guys aren't even in top20.
And Wade got knocked out in 2 while DSG pulled out a 116-112 decision over Guerrero.
But yeah, TOTALLY the same. Wade competes in a division decrepit of talent if he fought at Welterweight he would have a far worse ranking.

i called him one of the biggest. you skipped three letters :lol1:.
lol at you being hardly capable of reading.
brook beat porter more convincingly than thurman did. prior to thurman - porter there was no argument for thurman being the higher ranked welterweight.
unless you want to rate pacquiao as a welterweigth there's really no argument for anybody other than thurman or brook being considered the best at the division.
in short, i question your boxing knowledge in addition to your reading comprehension :lol1:. Boxing doesn't work IP n hypotheticals Brook didn't prove anything by getting a split nod over the only decent opponent that he faced in his entire career.

LOL.As it should be for a reality check to those that still maintain that he seeks out the best opposition, and to magnify his lack of credibility.
I can only see where the fighters are ranked now. There is no way I know to go back to when Garcia fought him to see where Guererro was ranked then. I do remember him being ranked well down in the 20s. He had his ass soundly kicked by Thurman not that long before he fought Garcia. You remember Thurman, that champion Garcia is afraid to fight. Middleweight is as strong as any other weight class. It's the GGG haters who say it's so weak to try to discredit his middleweight wins. If Garcia was a middleweight he would duck GGG the same way he ducks Thurman now. I do know Thurman, the guy that Garcia is scheduled to fight the first quarter of next year. Garcia already worked over his divisions version of Golovkin (Matthysse) and is moving on to bigger and better things.
