Well it looks like negotiations for this superfight that would've taken place in hell have fallen through. You have to wonder,is Adrien Broner ducking Edwin Valero? Hypothetically speaking if it does happen, who are you picking?

i dont consider sparring and amatuer performances, or folklore
i look at what is done in actual fights and how the fighter looked
too many variable involving sparring, one fighter may be out of shape, the other working on particular things, etc. too many variables
There's a huge difference between how he looked when he was training at world class gyms and how he looked when he was a circus act in japan. He used to be more of a boxer puncher who moved in and out on his toes and had good speed and upper body movement. It's a shame he got sidelined right after he got signed to golden boy and had that hbo date lined up. I think his career would have gone much differently and we would have gotten to see him in with top competition if it wasn't for the failed mri.
Oh, well that changes everything. If Broner went to hell with the back-story of having had fame, youth, health, a multi-million dollar contract, kids he loves, and he decided to quit on it all, I would describe his time in hell as Ned Beatty's role in Deliverance.

Not only would the ref favor Valero, but he might turn his back so that someone could toss in a steel chair.
Awesome! Perfect post! Made me Laugh til a tear escaped.
Great stuff!
I think you're overrating Broner.
1. Who had the better win at 130?
2. Who beat Demarco first (both Valero's and Broner's best win at 135) Broner or Valero?
3. Who received the gift decision against a career Jr. Featherweight PDL?
4. Who received a gift decision against 7-0-1 club fighter?
5. Who arguably lost to Paulie?
Sorry friend but your boy Broner is a proving fraud with a weak resume. At least Valero has an excuse but your boy Broner still fighting bums to this day. Wasn't his last fight Ashley Theopane, how pathetic.
bro....having followed both fighters closely.....I pick broner...its not that deep..imo he is simply more talented and would deal with valero easier than the other way around
i saw the fight live...was excited about valero ..it was the post pbf, castillo, freitas, casamayor era, they were getting old
he had a lot of hype until his death
i like valero but he was very overrated.
No one overrates broner because they dislike his personality
emotions aside....broner is simply more talented and proven so why would i pick valero? his defense sucks
he was as powerful @ 140 and below, had better defense, better counters, solid chin....valero loses in my book.

But that's basically Broner's resume too, he just beat more of them lol.
Be honest friend you never saw Valero vs Demarco. You say is was a close fight but in reality, Valero beat Demarco pillar to post. There was nothing close or competitive about it.

based off what knocking out cab drivers, and guys selling burritoes on the highway
typical overhyped NSB puncher
dude had no head movement or defense and beat a load of nobodies

Nah bro his best win was Demarco, Paulie never cracked Top 5 in any division he campaigned in.
And even if he was I don't need to see Valero vs Paulie know Valero would have beaten him to a bloody pulp and much more impressively than Broner, who arguably lost.
And who cares if he jumped divisions, he was fighting a career 140 fighter and he himself was cutting tons of weight fighting vastly small fighters.'
Valero would smash Broner 1 on 1, his style is all wrong for the one-dimensional Broner.

You're legit out of your mind. And I say this as a Valero fan.
Valero had literally NO speed and no defense. He was Arturo Gatti with less finesse.
The only one he MIGHT have stood a chance against, was Pacquiao pre-2009, when his defense was blatantly worse than post. Even then I think it would have went the way of Pacquiao/Margacheato.
Floyd? Broner? He wouldn't have even touched either one. Especially Floyd. It would have been like watching a human punching bag literally.
But why the fuq you lying friend??
Hard to believe anything you say when your very first sentence is a bold face lie.

guys like him, post for reactions and make picks based off emotion.....Valero was a talented, guy with power, holes in defense, and a lot of hype....the typical hypejob casuals get behind on this site
demarco was not his best win
moving up 2 divisions and beating Malignaggi for a title at 147 was a better win
not many fighters have won titles at 135 and 147 while skipping 140 altogether
he may not be a top welterweight but he showed he could hang with them and had a good chin and recovery power

Worst thing that happened to valeros career was getting his license pulled and having to go to japan, where he became sort of a novelty act. The guy was a west coast gym legend back in the day. He was a good enough boxer to get the better of morales before the first pac fight. I remember watching a video where mikey garcia said valero hit harder than pacquiao.

Valero is already dead tho
Pacman would kill him again and sent him to deepest parts of hell,Pacman would cover his gloves with cocaine,Valero would be ****ed as ****.
valero highlights

Edwin, a very sick man, puts it on broner and hardly close. It seems.like anyone that sparred or fought Edwin, says he's the hardest puncher they've faced, on that includes pacquaio in most cases.
Good post fam. I've read that too that,Edwin was allegedly giving PacMen those hands
