Ok...so don't quote me on this but knowing AJ teh way I do, I have never seen him more up for a fight. Ever.
I've been told that team Klit is ready and are eager for the winter date in the UK, so the summer showdown may be put in as a rematch clause.
There are a couple of niggles and if they get ironed out it's all on, namely: venue and date. Also the purses being put on offer.
From AJ, it's all go with money being the only big issue.
From Klit, it's all about having a favourable date, considering he has been in training camp for a while.
You might wana read the whole thread. I said the contract was a 2 fight deal with a stadium fight in 2017 following the 2016 fight months and months back.
Obviously the 2016 fight fell through and then I had people questioning whether or not I actually knew AJ and inside info. I told them all, the fight will still happen as the scheduling is wrapped up and it will be a stadium.
Stop acting like you knew that was the case months back.
And yeah, a cookie would be nice.
Actually, we knew it was the case since the winter fight fell through. Both fighters said so.
I'm know questioning whether you know AJ or not, I'm questioning your definition of 'inside info'.
You want a cookie?
Everybody knew he'd fight Wlad after Molina.

I told you all, the only thing stopping AJ/Wlad from happening was scheduling, I also said it was originally a two fight deal with the second being a stadium fight.
Obviously injuries and scheduling stopped the winter fight from happening which moved the default to the stadium. All those people acting like I dont know what I'm talking about, while I get free tickets and turn up.
My critics can line up, form an orderly queue and kiss my arse.

AJ fight to be announced at some point this week. If it's not v Wlad in November, it will likely be set for December, with a possible tune up in between for AJ.
Date is the last wrinkle being worked out.
I never said I was close.
Secondly, why should he care if I think he wins or loses, he won't care what anyone thinks or loses. YOu clearly never fought before. Its all about whats in your mind, which then translates into your fight. ****, I hate talking to people with no experience.
And who in the blue hell of majoojoos told you I wasnt british?
I am not close friends with any boxers anymore . But when I knew Margarito, I constantly told him to stop loading his gloves. ..One time he really lost it and hit me flush in the jaw. I said wtf Tony?!? And crazy Tony, he has a very good sense of humor, said " now you see why I need the plaster. We had a good laugh.
^ I've caught him saying odd things before that were obviously pulled out of his arse, and he even made a graph once that unintentionally proved himself wrong (doe!, lol). In this thread, he took it to another level.
It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that he relentlessly tries to defend things that he's obviously wrong about. That's just brutal to watch.
Care to prove nay of your points?
Aren't you one of the guys that tried saying Ward fighting Paul Smith was better than GGG fighting the likes of Murray, when I made a thread about it and the vast majority voted against you, you ducked out real quick and went AWOL.
Don't make me expose you more.
lol....Hes also so close to Joshua and a long time friend he red k'd me for having the likes of Joshua as my number 2 guy on a top 10 list? :trink26:
why are you so concerned about how close I am to AJ? It's your own fault all your friends are just yes men. You probably belong to a gay club or some **** but where I come from, we're real men and we say it how it is. If AJ wins, I'd have even more respect for him and I'd be as happy as can but I ain't gonna lie to him and like I said last time, he wouldn't care. He is training to fight the best and beta the best.
he isn't training to prove me wrong smh
lol...you are an idiot and a story teller any and everything you said is nothing no one didn't read already

I feel that AJ is largely untested, and he hasn't had to use much head movement or footwork. We are yet to find out how his chin holds up since turning pro, but he has shown just enough to prove capable of beating Wlad, albeit a diminished version. My concern is with the excessive clinching, I was literally pulling my hair out watching Wladimir do that for 12 rounds against David Haye in 2011, and I heard it was even worse against Povetkin. When he fought Fury I was screaming at the TV for the ref to deduct a point and also for Tyson to throw a counter right uppercut to Wlads chin as he came in for a hug.
If AJ gameplans correctly, then I can see him stopping Wlad, as Wlad has shown to have an iffy chin at times, and AJ is currently riding a KO streak stretching all the way back to his pro debut. I would like to see AJ drill the counter uppercut, which is the punch that worked so well for Lennox Lewis against Vitali Klitschko. This would be one helluva coming out fight for AJ, it would launch his already promising career to a new level.
If he doesnt care about your opinion i would say claiming him as a close friend is a bit of a stretch bc it then would'nt make sense ....on top of that im pretty sure all his friends ar in the u.k . or do you visit him there?
I never said I was close.

Are you going to tell your FRIEND you think Wlad is going to beat him? " I think Wlad beats him." This will lose you underground info I would assume if he finds out?
:luvbed:
Are you asking if I would be honest with my friend? Of course. But would he care about my opinion when he's the one doing the fighting? Hell no. Will I support him? 100%.
I just feel the fight is coming too early for AJ but hey, that's the way it should be. None of this marinating crap. The best should fight the best asap.
Having said that, it's not impossible. AJ, because of his size and power and something we haven't seen in the ring yet: his tenacity, will provide him with a great chance at beating the best heavy of the 21st century.
Talk of Parker moving away from the IBF title fight in November opens up even more possibilities. Word is, if Wlad v AJ doesnt happen in November, that date may either be cancelled or a soft touch penciled in, lining up the big match in December.
Maybe you jump on your friends ****s all day long and send them a billion messages a day, getting blanked but I have other friends and other things to do. Me and AJ have gotten along for a long time and we keep in touch every now and then, other than that, I don't need to slurping whatever you lick up.
:bottle::bottle::bottle:
Yeah, why would you have time for someone like AJ all the time, I'm sure you have more important individuals to engage, I mean this is soul survivor from boxingscene we're dealing with, folks.

Yes.
It's not like I'm in constant touch and I have other things to do but last I spoke, there were only 2 major issues: date and money. Both sides went it. No ducking from either fighter, possible issues with management.

Lol. Yesterday, Hearn was saying that the fight is "far from being done", which left me with the impression I always had, that he wanted to posture and get Anthony's name out there, only to take another softball.
But, OP is best buds with Joshua apparently so forget what Hearn said....
Actually, just after my thread, there was an interview up on skysports.com, which happened to pop up on my FB newsfeed, where Hearn said exactly what I said: fight is almost done. Only issue is money.
Now, the money is an issue from AJs side, for Wlad it's more the date, as he has been in training camp for a while and really wants a fight at some point this year.
Just to be kind, the latest musings by Hearn: http://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/10602353/anthony-joshua-to-face-wladimir-klitschko-rather-than-joseph-parker-says-eddie-hearn
Like I said, AJ wants it bad but there's money issues, Wlad just wants a fight asap. Hearns basically repeats that (go to second half of vid). Hopefully the niggles are dealt with.
Indeed.
Most likely got his "source" from Sherdog as well.
nope
Vladimir going to get embarrassed. Why take this fight? Aj wiil be one of the best he has ever fought, time will confirm, and at the end of his career? Inviting brain trauma to dinner. Smh
I think Wlad beats him.
So you're speaking directly with him and people from his camp?
Yes.
