IBO is #5 entity; unneeded

I've been a FAN since practically my childhood. Well, actually. Now I am 60-years-old. It's been 24 years since I had last fought. I'm 'C' grade pro, maybe. I have a 52 bout portfolio pro-am. Most part --I GUESS-- I am only a huge fan. Working class/Politician/businessman/"working class". Stress on Working class, ha, ha! Well.....back the few-years-ago for the goverance....we had only the WBC & WBA. Old school fans remember the era well. STILL THOUGH, VITO ANTUOFERMO -and- MARVIN HAGLER some of the FEW who could UNITE the championships. CARLOS PALOMINO -and- PIPINO CUEVAS NEVER COULD bring their match together. For what ever reason. And....both the boxing crowd as well as the General medias lamented that the such action never would take place. In their time, both were exquisite stars. Past it....they are REMEMBERED/YES -&- NOT-SO-MUCH TOO! I remember! You remember if your MIND IS RIGHT! . But.....only special folks remember that for what it WAS WORTH! All these persons who know exactly what I AM TALKING ABOUT HERE, too..remember the birth of BOB LEE'S -IBF- and their start. The start was with LARRY HOLMES. The -IBF- came in easily. The next group born after the IBF of course....was the WBO. Boxing purest "swore them off". They matured very slowly. The "body" gained full acceptence first. The HVY. div lagged. Now today (and since '97) the WBO has full recognition. I draw line after the WBO/ before the "IBO" and I call the FIRST &MAJOR FOUR a FIRST ECHELON. The other groups we OPEN-UP to aa) "Truth in advertising" bb) a FIVE USA STATES VALUE DESIGNATE. My organization, the United WBC WBA IBF WBO (dash) "the second echelon factor" . The UWBCAFO-I serves as advocation ONLY for the '1e'. We serve as complete goverance of all of the '2e'. And, if you are not WITH IT HERE, YOU ARE A FRAUD ENTRY. The "IBO" is a FRAUD ENTRY as are the WBF WBU NBA IBC Etc. (We do not call the PBO w/ "Lennox" of the BoxRec forum fraud because.....they don't make champions. They only make the ratings to date and track historical champions......) UWBCAFO-I is goverance for the MEN'S LEAGUE ONLY THUS FAR. No call concerning anything in Women's league YET. &, we look only at WORLD LEVELS. Intercontinental a.s.f. we would *encourage that the '1e' & the '2e' mix. It ISN'T Boxing's "hang up". The WORLD LEVEL is what has been throwing the GEN.-medias OFF US! So....IBF & IBC Intercontinental match exist that is FINE-&-dandy! "Second Echelon" world championship MUST-BE prelavent on all promo material/News releases. Nothing doing in the least and in any way with "three tier" world championships. They are FAKES. Detrimental to our Sport the same way that the OVER GOVERANCE has harmed the integrity. Thus: I'll tell you one-on-one EVEN IF A LUIS ORTIZ; A, LUCAS BROWNE can EVEN-be-used. Unlikely with the scope I have. My Organization is LONE WOLF. That is...you are dealing with MYSELF, John Wilkinson and not a Board. We are "mechanical" in our opperations. That is.....we have none CALL concerning STYLES or Popular Trends of the day thus.."please DON'T" blame ME when junk-is on display on any BOXING SHOW UWBCAFO-I does NOT recognize the Cruiserweight weight Division. It has been TEMP DQ from inception of my group. We LIKE to bring it back but the RE-SET on weight will be OLD SCHOOL: 195/190 champions choice. VACS/190. All boxers above 175lbs at this time please match as hvy.-wts. OR carry catchweights and it's NO PROBLEM matching by weight but...the WORD "Cruiserweight" is OFF all '2e' productions. We ADVOCATE SAME to the FIRST &MAJOR FOUR. All/any '2e' gonna need to carry this CODE completely. Or, be fined second time you do any RUN-UP. Introductions at any/ALL UWBCAFO-I productions must meet our strict rules which are "basic"/ "simple" to understand. We do NOT so much as acknowledge any FRAUD Organizations other that if it is fraud in the MEN'S LEAGUE and the WOMAN'S BRANCH BRINGS SUCH -or- as I have already stated, Intercontinental bring such. That is print, vocal and a complete co-OP there....... The UWBCAFO-I is proud to announce at this time the formation of Boxing first registered '2e' group with our own (in house) World Boxing Board (WBB) . Our ratings will be a "flip-card" selection process between the BoxingScene ratings and the BoxRec LIVE ratings. Excluding fraudulent boxing-title holders as previously outlined here. WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO all recognize each other. The four of them all agree that the four of them control the sport. The IBO isn't recognized by anybody, except this website, because they buy ads on this website. True with the FIRST ANDMAJOR FOUR. (Sorry, missed this post of your until now, O.Z. //you know O.G. in my record?? Ha ha ha john wilkinso). IBO is "troublesome". Remember their start when they PAID OFF the at his height Antonio Tarver to advertise for them. Now you have dummies like Wlad. K. that done "so much damage" on their behalf; and modern --DUMMY-- "gg" taking stand for them. BoxingScene really advertise for them? Not good.

I just looked it up and the WBA is up to 5 divisions with one champion, and if you exclude interim champions, they are at 8 weight classes with one champion. At least they are making some progress after 15 years of mismanagement. That is progress for them I remember when they had at least 2 for every weight class and 3 in roughly half.

when klitschko, tarver, hatton, darchinyan and donaire were IBO champions at the same time, they weren't dumping the belts for the big 4. that was almost a decade ago. the IBO is no more prominent now than they were then. other than a four month period, the IBF and IBO heavyweight titles have been unified for SEVENTEEN YEARS. Because of one FOOL Klitschko majority of that. WHY HAVE NOT THE FIRST FOUR ACTED?????

"DESTROYS" the crossover. FIRST ANDMAJOR FOUR: WBC WBA IBF WBO we bring it forward best we can. IBO and ANY OTHERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. I don't know your background with the Sport or if you been involved one year; three or 50. But, time has taught me lot different that what you are saying. IBO is cancer. It's a RIDDLE WHY they have not been dealt with til now; STOPPED IN THEIR TRACKS. We can have 1/2 dozen additional governing groups pop-up in next 18 months. Realistically. This GOT-TO-BE contained. Hopefully the cloud clears up in time to come. My work with the UWBCAFO-I I have confidence. How much a fan really are you? From what you say it comes from a certain standard. I don't know why four is the right number or why any of the 4 "major" ones as you call them need to be kept around. 5 probably is too many but 3 was too many and so was four. I would call the current alphabets cancers, which is why I would give the IBO one of their spots and get rid of 2 or 3 of the old ones that will never change their ways. It couldn't be any worse really~

I only care about the WBC and IBF. IBF for their rating system, strict enforcement of mandatories, weight limits and the fact that they actually follow their rules. WBC for prestige only.

Those organizations are generally beyond repair, the IBO may be just as bad who knows but I would rather give them a go than keep trying the same thing that hasn't worked and isn't going t work any better going forward~ Nah. I don't know how long you been involved with the boxing or at what levels but....... I look at it from a world and historical perspective for as far as what is the ESTABLISHED. I'm not saying that the IBO doesn't have good tech people or are not rule keepers. I'm saying that they are the Johnny come lately//which they ARE! No. I'll stick by the guns I have going now. If you wanted to get near to boxing greater I can tell you that at the BoxRec forum their is a "Lennox" active who worked for IBO 15 years he say. And he has a PBO now founded. I don't condem them because they don't at all make champions. They only do ratings and track the boxers they see as genuine title holders. I think YOUR PERSON doesn't know the truth of the history with the IBF (coming in real easy) v. the battle that the WBO had. I agree with you about the WBA and that is because of the three tier champs. Utter confusion and shenanigans. But.....that confuse the crossover only. Does NOT confuse me. But...we wish to pomp-up the "crossover" not DROWN IT! Anyway, I think I am repeating myself here but that's O.k. PBO I "wish" would join the UWBCAFO-I and be a '2e'. You need to know anything else?? tl;dr Nobody cares about the IBO, except maybe the GGG defense squad. Thank you. But can you see what I am saying about the magnitude of the Crossover. I wrote one (email) to the Ny Post Mets coverage writer recently. The guy is a "major writer". He wrote me back about how he missed the days when Boxing was "every ounce as popular as baseball". . And what do you think about my whole concept. REEL THE OVER GOVERANCE IN. Make it REAL LEAGUE.

the IBO has been around since 1993. there have been many times in the IBO's history where several of their belts were held by big stars. i'm not sure how long you've been closely following the sport, but the IBO isn't getting any more recognition now than they have in the past. if anything, they're getting less. the peak of the IBO was probably when gary shaw had a ton of pull with showtime. Original Zero. Your pin-box kinda unusual. So...you are with me? One "great" chap I met thru my work is the CEO of the ABA (USA Titles only), Dean Smith.
