I'm not a big Kovalev fan, I think Ward beats him. I'm not a big GGG fan, it seems like he gets hit too much if you ask me. People say that blacks are racist because they don't think those guys are great...but I think Lomachenko is one of the most talented and skilled fighters I've ever seen. All he needs is the resume and the wins in his career and he will be in my top 5 most skilled fighters of all time. That kid is a problem. I'm a big Floyd fan and he's equally or even more skilled than Floyd was in his pretty boy days.
I personally think he's one of the most overrated dudes around. His amateur resume is legendary, but I'm going off of pro performances. He has the tools, but I cringe when I hear Kellerman gush over this guy during fights like he's the second coming of Christ.
He's a talented fighter, but he bores me for some reason -- and I love technical boxers.
It's the pigment.
Being able to do wat u want in the ring against B and C level opponents is fine, but u can't judge someone's talent based on that alone. If he keeps doing that against all kinds of elite fighters then yes, he is one of the top talented, if not then no. You have to give him some time, he has proven that he's one of the most talented amateurs ever already, but u saw what a B level pro did against him in the pros, so we shouldn't rush and we should wait and watch his career unfold.

I'm a big Lomachenko fan here, but top 5 all time? Just stop, bro. It's way too early in his career to even joke about it. He's a great technical fighter with huge potential and is a top 10 p4p fighter right now. That's it. Anything beyond that and you won't be taken seriously here.
If you want to say top 5 most talented fighters currently, I can roll with that.
If you want to say top 5 most talented of the last 10 years, I think that is stretching it but dude does have talent so I could feel the argument at least being put out there.
Beyond that in any time frame it is saying way too much and both 126 and 130 have tons of really talented fighters that competed in them. 130 isn't an original class but the weight class has been around a long ass time it is not like super middle or junior welter that are not historically strong.
Lomachenko isn't even in the top 20 all time super featherweights, he has to get past
Willie Pep
Sandy Sadler
Julio Cesar Chavez
Henry Armstrong
Alexis Arguello
De La Hoya
Shane Mosley
Hector Camacho
Kostya Tszyu
Jeff Fenech
Azumah Nelson
Jesse James Leija
Arturo Gatti
Gabe Ruelas
just to name a few.
they never even fought at super feather weight.....

I'm interested in seeing more of him, but let's not go calling him the greatest of anything (except as a fighter in the amateurs perhaps) yet until he's competed more smh.

Yea, losing to the mighty Salido cemented his status at top 5 p4p of all time....
Why can't you people give the guy a chance to prove himself? If you have any faith in him, be patient and trust he'll prove you correct. When you inflate a fighter FAR past his accomplishments, you are effectively creating a hypejob. Don't do that to Loma, he deserves better.
that's why I said TALENTED!! I didn't say greatest. That's why I said he needs to keep building on his resume and then he will be considered one of the greats. But like I said, from a talent perspective, that dude is ridiculous. Lebron is more talented/gifted than Jordan, saw it since he was a high schooler...but is he greater than Jordan? No! His career didn't surpass Jordan. His resume isn't greater.... Jordan is the greatest of all time, but Lebron was still a better talent.
