Is it true that the current promoters sign talent of their race more than others?

Oscar opened golden boy for Latinos primarily. Name famous black or white fighters that make him loot. I read this quote in another thread where someone asked why Floyd was only looking out for the Black Olympians (Shakur Stevenson) and not the others. Link Oscar De La Hoya also recently spoke well about a particular Olympian named Balderas, a fellow Latino. A blind man could see what's really going on here. Both of these promoters are trying their best to sign these kids as soon as they're finished with the Olympics. A smart move indeed. But what about the rest of the Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions stables; it is true that the majority signed to M. Promotions are black and the majority signed to GB Promotions are Latino. What about Top Rank, he has a solid mix of fighters, the lot of them being from foreign countries. Al Haymon is another one, despite not being a "promoter", whose majority of fighters are black. While he does have a decent amount of non-blacks, he uses them primarily to build up his black fighters who appear to be his priority. Do you think this is a trend that is only natural in its course? Or do you believe it's a negative trend that should be broken? Or do you believe it's not a trend at all, and that these fighters sign to whomever they think is best for them regardless of race?
