Who has the balls to admit they dont want Kov/ward instead of saying ward pulls out

Nah there are some posters that would be happy if the fight didn't happen so they could be like "Told you Co-Ward wouldn't fight Kovalev"..... The majority just don't trust Ward's physical health/injury propensity which is understandable. I could see that but, he has been more active lately, and usually once you get back active fighting the injuries subside thank god it around 12 months he'll have 3 fights under his belt...brand, smith and barrera im not too worried about injuries at this point...last year though, i was because of all the long gaps between activity from 2013-2014

Ward doesn't have a history of ducking fights so that excuse is not going to fly. His injuries and postponements have not been frequent enough to use that BS excuse.

My personal favorite is "Ward won't go through with the fight unless he has his own personal referee". smdh......cant forget " he always fight at home doe!!!" like he ever needed homecooking from judges or a biased ref...he ha sbeat everyone clearly in his pro career

I think he'll show up, especially After the Chilemba fight. Kovalev looked really plain and ordinary last fight.

the last few months its been some silly posts in regards to this fight "ward will get injured, find a reason to pull out" "Ward will ask for more tune ups" I know you seen this idiotic posts are these guys boxing fans or are they worried Ward may actually beat Kovalev? Or do they think the fight isn't going happen? Saying "I don't think it will happen" is not the same as saying "I don't want it to happen"

i seriously doubt GGG/ward not happening was all wards team's fault....negotiations is a two way street who said something about faults? i'm answering (like many others) what you asked. you and others have suggested that some fans didn't want GGG/ward to happen beacuse they knew their "favorite" fighter would lose. i think the real fans wanted that fight to happen as they want Kova/ward to happen too.

Who are these posters who don't want to see this fight? This imo is the most anticipated boxing match of the year. The winner will have a real claim at being p4p number one. Anyone who is wishing injury or someone to pull out isn't a boxing fan. been random fools since before barrera fight...even that fight some were talking about ward pulling out seems like they really dont want ward to beat fighters like they or something. Ward is one of the best fighters to turn pro since 2004

Put it this way. Given Ward's history would you be comfortable dropping thousands of dollars on booking a flight and hotel and buying tickets? I'm team Ward all day but you just never know with this dude. i dont feel comfortable doing that for any fight, personally. That has to do more with boxing itself, and not Ward. Thurman/Porter got pushed back Wlad/Fury 2 wilder/povetkin fell through the list goes on....Ward had to pull out of 1 or 2 fights his entire career because of injury, thats not some chronic habit, injuries happen in boxing and their have been dozens of fights in the last few months that dont even involve Ward that feel through
