Only if you're a great fighter or your opponent doesn't defend well can you land that punch consistently at a southpaw. If you noticed in the judah fight Danny did more damage with his right hand. Because the right hand is the other best punch against a southpaw

Crawford is a higher class of fighter. He has clearly proven that at this point. Plus the style matchup is awful for Garcia.

I would count him out of this one. Garcia's left hook would be pretty neutralized with Crawford's southpaw stance and movement alone. I've already seen Garcia be outboxed by lesser guys. His punches are too wide even when he does plant his feet. Garcia and his dad already knew the deal when it comes to Postol. I'd pick Crawford, and to look good in the process.

Garcia is overrated and won't be able to land his eyes-to-the-floor left hook on a moving target.

Crawford should win. He just easily beat a guy who easily beat Matthysse. Garcia's win over Matthysse was his career best win and he didn't win by much. Garcia turned cherry picker since his win over Matthysse. He has fought mostly weak opposition and rarely fights at all. He was gifted a vacant welterweight title by fighting washed up Guerrero who had no business fighting for a vacant title. Guerrero had recently been badly beaten by Thurman and yet he gave Garcia a hard fight. Crawford has the confidence and skills to fight and beat the best available opponents and I think he is too fast and skilled for Garcia. Garcia is a good fighter but Crawford is a better fighter.
