I have a feeling Kovalev/Ward is going to be a clinch fest. If Chocolatito wins that 4th world title he's going to stay on top. as if Ward was gonna do something different

Because they were actually great, Golovkin is the first pound for pound fighter who his in 1 division. Even Adonis moved up but Golovkin is a sissy. Not true. Ward was also #3 or #4 when he was at 168. Golovkin has an entire division scared. People moving down to avoid him. What is the problem if you're black? are you ashamed of it? Who did Golovkin beat to be p4p? Non sense, Nunn, Toney, Body Snatcher, Barkley, Hearns, Leonard, Roy Jones Jr, Bellew, Hopkins, Abraham, Holyfield, Taylor, Moore, Moorer, Foster, Ward, Hill and Haye all moved up at 160 or more. Golovkin is just a coward and that hurts you. I don't care if you don't like it. The entire boxing community considers him p4p top3. It's ****ing common sense. good question. the crawford - postol winner, if he should win clearly, will definitely be a candidate. chocolatito gonzalez is an obvious candidate. golovkin's not going to do a ton for his stock by fighting kell brook. he can only go down from where he's at based on that fight :lol1: but ward - kovalev winner will be number one. starting to think it will be andre ward again. i'm gonna be there, as long as i can get a ticket without getting megagouged.

You have a Hispanic who has fought in 4 divisions but a White guy who has refused 2 is somehow better. How is Golovkin better than a 46--0, 4 division champ and Gonzalez is 5 years younger, he could end up 7 division champ. 1. Small dudes move up a lot easier. Look at Pacquiao. Gonzales is not undersized even at 122 for instance. 2. Gonzales don't have an entire division running from him. Any way I don't care about that. All I know is Golovkin is P4P top3 and it hurts you.

Ward will have Adonis, Alvarez, Beterbiev, Shabranskyy, Egor, Ahmed, Braehmer, Browne, Skoglund, Bivol, Umar and Gvoydyk. That's actually an amazing list of potential opponents. realistically i think the best we'll get is slava and braehmer, which is fine by me, but not better than estrada and inoue. estrada and inoue are arguably pound-for-pounders themselves gonzalez is in a strong position IF he can keep winning, which i'm actually not certain of

it'll be hard to relegate gonzalez from #1 if he beats cuadras impressively imo especially when he will then have better options in 2017 to solidify his status than ward or kov do

I think the #2. is going to be RG, Ward should be elevated too #1. even though both are moving up Kovalev is a P4P fighter but a case can be made for Roman considering he has had no tune-up going up to 115 ( sounds like a joke but if you understand the small weight cuts in the lower divisions its a considerable) take into account RG started at 105 now hes up too 115 thats a giant leap for these men...Im happy either way but really from a historical point of view Ward is winning his first world title in one of the original 8 divisions (175) for the first time. I agree with this . If Ward wins, he's #1 and RG #2. If Kov wins I would make him #1 but others will leave RG there, which is fine.

It's gonna be Roman and Ward/Kovalev at #1 and #2. I personally think that Cuadras would be a better win for Roman than Kovalev/Ward winner. Unless Roman loses or it's a really close match, he's gonna stay at #1 for me.
