Conor has that natural sense of timing. Anyone who says he has terrible hands don't know **** or don't know WTF they looking at. For a guy who trains a bunch of other disciplines he has very good boxing especially his timing and distance control.
It's just that he hasn't put the rounds in with just pure boxing and his style of fighting is not the style to beat Floyd.
he's totally off balance every time he sets his feet and does that little dip thing. considering that it's bascially his only move, he's always off balance :lol1:
these guys are novice boxers. they look slow, off balance, and their shots completly lack snap. it's the reps. they don't have them! they'd lose in f#cking golden gloves against 18 year old kids.
the only thing he has going for him are the length of his arms. you don't teach a 74" reach on a welterweight.
you're supposed to feint and dip so your opponent goes off balance, connor! not you :lol1:
I wish McGregor would have a successful crossover to boxing but let's face it, its too competitive and deep of a sport for that to happen.
Imagine if he talked himself into a Golovkin fight after Canelo and everyone else ducked him hahaha. That'd be priceless
He looks pretty good for that level. Definitely one of the best strikers in the UFC.
Could he beat Floyd? Obviously not. But that's also a ridiculous comparison.
That's not an encouraging thing to say considering MMA is seen as the Ultimate fighting ground.

I'll be honest.
I am not impressed at all.
Too much style and not enough content.
Seriously, Floyd would pick him to pieces, literally have him hitting air for however long Floyd decides he wanted until he knocks him out.
And I don't even like Floyd!
