ANTHONY JOSHUA wants to try an Ali shuffle in tribute to The Greatest'. But the IBF heavyweight champion doesn't want to risk getting knocked out or show a lack of respect. Joshua makes the first defence of the title he took from Charles Martin in April against another American, Dominic Breazeale, next Saturday. Click Here To Read More]
It wouldn't suit his style, but people calling Joshua slow are pretty silly. He's a 250lb guy who ran 11.5 in the 100m in a fun race with a few other stars from other sports. He's rumored to have ran around 11 in his younger days when he sprinted at school. For a man his size that's ridiculous and something Ali wouldn't have got close to.
Is the Ali shuffle impossible to do did I miss something that a former track and field star who routinely does insane workouts that REQUIRE footwork not be able to do? Im pretty sure those who say hes a slow footed robot have never been in a gym before, just saying! The daily Joshua detractors on here are truly dumb if they actually believe what they post.
I can let Dumbium slide since hes an actual rock brain, but come on.....:boxing:
Joshua is a big stiff roided up robot. Sorry bruh, just stating facts
PS You can't spell your own name. :lol1: :lol1:
The shuffle wont look right coming from a slow plodding flat footed muscle bound power puncher. Imagine Foreman trying to shuffle. And I've already seen several boxers attempt to do the Ali shuffle but none actually punching off of it like Ali did
Suga Ray Leonard did it

Needs to be s mover to do that, only he isn't, which I think is exactly where he will eventually come unstuck in the future. I get the impression he will one day not get through with what he usually does, have to find another way in, and suddenly appear one dimensional.
Maybe he will, maybe he won't, but that's one of the potential gaps I see in him.
