TONY BELLEW wants to give Everton fans something to cheer about tonight and will then be ready to give David Haye a real fight. The Scouse scrapper hopes it is third-time lucky for him in world-title attempts when he boxes Ilunga Makabu for the vacant WBC cruiserweight belt, in front of 20,000 at Goodison Park. There's absolutely no way Haye gets down to cruiserweight now. Bellew should be careful what he wishes for, anyway. If he's willing to go up Haye will probably take the fight for another easy KO victory.
HAHAHAHA "He wouldn't use that guy as a sparring partner because of his head coming off in the gym" "He's fighting a guy who learned to box on YouTube". This dude is hilarious. Oh and "The only thing missing was Hulk Hogan running down the aisle." I do agree with him and Warren a little that how is Haye losing ring rust when he's fighting bums and blowing them out in a round or two. Shannon has a pretty hard head, so it'll be interesting if he can get him down. Maybe some rounds there. But after that, he has to fight top 2 or 3 guys, otherwise he'll lose too much time.
You have to hand it to big Tony, he's one of the best pre-fight talkers there has ever been. I call him Tony 'one in ten' Bellew. The 'one in ten' is his connect percentage on a good night. There's a healthy chance he'll get ko'd tonight.
bellow is bellowing from the roof tops and I don't think he can back it up
