If it goes to the scorecards, especially if it's a closely-contested bout, but even if it's a clear Khan win, will he get robbed by the judges as we've seen happen to Lara and arguably Trout and Cotto too?
One judge even had Mayweather vs Canelo as a draw so there is definitely something up with the judging and it certainly wouldn't be the first time that a fighter is protected by corrupt judges which have been bought by the sanctioning body, promotional outfit or even the regional commission itself.
Khan has already been privy to this sort of corruption in the Peterson bout where the judges scorecards were actually illegally tampered with, on camera, by an unauthorised party and the corrupt referee deducted 2 points off Khan, not to mention Peterson was later discovered to have used PEDs in the fight yet the IBF allowed him to keep the title anyway. It was possibly the most transparent and self-evident example of extreme corruption seen in recent history, on US shores.
Assuming Khan wins, is he guaranteed to get robbed if it goes 12 rounds and for the judges to award the W to Canelo regardless?
After Khans flash was over and we completely gassed after 2 rounds, Canelo started toying with him like my dog does cat sh1t in the backyard. 3-2 Canelo before the KO. The Khantards have to move on....
Up until the end I gave Khan the 1st 5 rounds!
Khan was fighting the perfect fight for him!
He even had Canelo's daughter crying in the 1st two rounds!
Khan got TKO'ed in the 6th! Round goes to Canelo!
Your boy was never going to the 12th round!
Get over it!
NOBODY is beating Canelo on the Cards, when that 1 Judge scored Mayweather vs Canelo a Draw, that let me know that beating Canelo on the Cards is going to be IMPOSSIBLE for the rest of the fighters :lol1:
I doubt Khan make it to the cards but even if he box circles around Canelo I don't think he will get the Decision. He would have to put Canelo down a few times and even then they would still probably score it a Draw.
Don't think Khan sees the final bell but if he does, it could go two ways. They could rob Khan if he did happen to outbox the diva but that creates a larger problem for GBP. It will force Canelo to deal with the GGG situation, either face him or vacate. If he vacates, he has no stake at 160 and will just be a blown up jmw guy continuing to pick on smaller foes.
They could also rob the diva which might sound crazy but it buys her extra time. Since there is a rematch clause only in the event Khan wins, should Khan somehow win, that will open the opportunity for GBP to approach WBC to have the rematch before facing GGG. Then it comes down to whether K2 will accept the payoff again or not.
I don't think they are going to go for it again though. Also, all this trash talking is going to make it VERY bad for the diva should the GGG fight come to fruition because he is going to be on a mission to punish the diva is a bad way.You have turned Canelo into a woman. That's a bit extreme. Lots of other male boxers are also afraid to fight GGG. Canelo is hardly the only guy refusing to fight GGG so why only insult him?
You already know FlatLine has Khan up by 6 rounds right now. If Khan wins 3-4 rounds out of 12, that's 9-3 or 10-2 fight for Khan in FlatLine's eyes.
FL's predetermined scorecard:
Round 1 Khan
Round 2 Khan
Round 3 Khan
Round 4 Khan
Round 5 Khan
Round 6 Khan
I don't think it will be a case of Khan landing more punches while Canelo lands the harder punches. Canelo's hands are equally as fast as Khan's hands. The difference is Canelo has better combinations and better timing and accuracy. I think Canelo will be winning rounds until he KOs Khan. Canelo isn't a 5 to 1 favorite only because he is bigger and hits harder and takes a punch better. He is also a better boxer and the odds makers know it.
If Khan hardly ever landed a punch and was clearly beaten in every round and the fight went the distance many Khan fans would still say he got robbed. Canelo will KO him in a few rounds anyway in my opinion.
