This was the fight people really wanted on that side of the fence.
I think he would have stopped him inside 7 rounds. Crawford is not as durable as Bradley and they probably would have fought at 144lbs.
Bob was smart to protect his investment (as usual).
What say you?
I think the only way you beat a not shot to pieces Pacquiao without being much bigger than him is a) being the best pure boxer in the world (Floyd); b) being the best counterpuncher in the world (Marquez); or c) getting lucky with the refs or some hail mary punch.
The thing about PAC is even when he's off, he's going to make you work harder than you are.
Bradley is known for his conditioning and toughness, but in all 3 fights his legs got weak.
I don't know if the same would happen to Crawford, but I wouldn't be surprised.
I don't see anybody currently at 140 and 147 beating Pacquiao if he continues to fight. I think he would have a EASY TIME with a lot of them as well.
Timing Pacquiao is difficult, in Crawford situation I kinda look at the Gamboa fight in which Gamboa was up I thought early in that fight. Now throw in the fact that Pacquiao is bigger than Gamboa with more Power and is probably even faster! No Crawford not ready for Pacquiao! Then at 147, he destroys ALL OF THEM: Brook, Thurman, Porter, Broner it really don't matter. What can those guys do to beat Pacquiao is the bigger question.
That doesn't mean those other fighters are not good, Crawford is extremely good and very talented but beating Pacquiao is going to be VERY Difficult for any of these younger fighters. I takes, timing, patients, skills and a very high In Ring IQ
Now let's talk TCs resume. You can't win. Don't even try it.
Resume doesn't determine whos better right now. idk if crawford is ready to step up or not but i know what bradley is and it isnt that great
TC gives away too many early rounds and Pac would easily take advantage of that but TC does have a height and reach advantage so things would get tougher later on. Still a Pac win.
Whats so great about bradley tho? Had a close one with old ass marquez, got hurt bad vs jesse ****ing vargas drawed with diego chaves and couldnt get out the way of slow ass ruslan psodjfnksdj punches.

Chaves fight was a robbery... Won the Marquez fight.... Won the Vargas fight.... Ruslan oh well, made mistakes and paid for it.... still won.
Check his resume and u will see whats so good abt him...
So tell me, what makes TC so great? Whats his best win?
Im not saying Bradley is a ATG, but hes a very good fighter. TC is just unproven
Bradley is better than TC.

It would be a fire fight with Pac coming out on top.
I honestly don't know how much of a fire fight it would be. Crawford would have to time Pac first and not many people are able to do that
Crawford seems like he's going to be great and I like him a lot, but he hasn't fought anyone that near the level of Tim Bradley, let alone Manny Pacquiao. I don't understand how there are people (and quite a few people, at that) that favor Terence Crawford

Crawford leaves himself too wide open and would give plenty of opportunities for pac for knockdowns and he doesn't have bradley's iron chin. pac still got that weird punching angles.
Crawford would get knocked out within the first five rounds after getting KD three or four times. However, if he were to survive that, then he mostly likely starts dropping Manny as well and possibly knocks Manny out.
I give Manny the advantage in the early rounds and Crawford as the fight goes on, of course, if Crawford makes it that far.
I don't think Crawford can handle a straight left like the one Floyd took in the fourth round. I'm still amazed he didn't even get KD by that counter. 99 percent of welterweights would have been either KD or KO with that punch, Manny has insane punching power, that, and his speed and agility is also why I think he should fight Canelo.
I don't see Canelo landing often enough on a fast and agile guy like Manny and that insane punching power is enough to back Canelo up. If Floyd could back him up, then Manny destroys him or at the very least keeps him honest, far more than Cotto could.
He's small yes, but that is only a disadvantage if you let it be, because I feel like both Manny and Floyd have used their small size to their advantage against bigger opponents.
Anyway yeah, Crawford would lose man.
