So yeah, you are right if you go by that then nobody has beaten Marciano record. And you believe Floyd is going to stay retired not going for the big 50? he could surpass MArciano, and make history, is he a guy who likes to be tied or does he like to be numero uno? I cant tell you what the next man will do...all i can say is he needs to stay retired, he has slowed down a lot and is old and id love to see these new fighters get the spotlight

Pacquiao but I prefer to see Floyd fight a prime undefeated young fighter like DSG, Brook or Thurman if he ever comes back. I think those guys offer more danger than a Pac rematch, those are all high risk, low reward fights. If he comes back for number 50 which I think he does he is either going to fight Broner or if he wants to become the hero and turn babyface he will opt for the Pacquiao rematch. The Pac rematch is an easy sell if Pac beats Bradley, people are fickle and they will buy it they already have nothing to worry about since UFC lost their two biggest hype jobs, and got exposed they talked bad about how boring the Mayweather Pac fight was, and it came back to bite them in the ass with them losing their two stars embarrassingly bad. People will order the rematch, Floyd can turn to the good guy, and if they do rematch he can talk all the crap he wants bout Pacman, he can say im tired of this guys lame excuses, he blames his shoulder, okay, now that you are fresh coming off a solid win over Bradley, lets do it again, and he will have a ton of gays and liberal whites rooting for him this time around as opposed to the last time. No american boxer has retired unbeaten with more than 49 wins. Its clear there are some non americans like Finito who already broke that, but reason it doesn't matter in this case is because the 49 and 0 thing is only significant to American boxing history because of Marciano.
