I read their sparring reports and baring in mind they were both heavier than their fight weights GGG gave the guy hell. Canelo knows this is a fight he can not win on an level playing field. 155 I'm not sure how it favours him but he is consistent at his 'Caneloweight'. I don't see this fight happening at any other weight than 155, to think the WBC will strip him is absurd but then I'm sure they can come to an agreement upon GGG vacating the division and gifting a WBC title to Canelo afterwards. I expect GGG to meet his demands failing we'll likely see Cotto and Canelo fight again, WBC or no WBC I really doubt Canelo cares one iota.
