KELL BROOK reckons Amir Khan is afraid to fight him because he can kill off his career.
The IBF welterweight champion is desperate to face his bitter British rival in a £12m summer showdown at Wembley.

I think it might happen.
The WBC ignore mandatory fights all the time, a unification fight is better, Garcia has already splattered Khan....
Garcia against Brook would be a big fight with two titles on the line.
Yes Garcia v Brook makes much more sense as Brook is much more of a threat to Danny and after he beat their man Porter for the title he is also a well known winner. Khan on the other hand, apart from being given his slot as everyone is aware , hasn't a leg to stand on as usual. The only thing the Americans remember of him was being battered around the ring by yes,Garcia and fighting hammer and tong with Chris Algieri.Put Khan v Algieri on the undercard as that warrants a rematch , it was a real good close fight.
More like if no Amir, then necessarily no Garcia because Amir would be fighting him. At least call out the winner of Thurman/Porter or Pac/Bradley or something
Brook needs to step it up after his next fight.
I know Jo Jo Dan was a mandatory, as is this next fight. And he wanted Khan in the ring for the night he fought Gavin. He had a career threatening injury too, so after he gets this mandatory out the way he needs to step up his level of competition again or just drop the IBF belt if he's being forced to fight mandatories like he has been, i know the IBF are strict when it comes to it.
At the end of the day, beating Porter showed he is one of the better fighters in the division, he doesn't need a belt right now to confirm that. If he has any intentions of fighting the best guys, he should probably drop the belt considering the level of competition he's being made to fight to hold on to it.
I think it might happen.

Khan vs Garcia rates better in the US than Brook vs Garcia
You are right that the WBC has ignored mando's in the past, but this fight between Khan vs Garcia is a good advertisement for them, also i am sure Haymon has something to do with it.
Garcia vs Khan is a inhouse PBC fight. Al is giving us Thurman vs Porter and Khan vs Garcia this year
Haymon is waiting for Brook to grow frustrated with Hearn, and he'll make a play for him in 2017.
Quote me when Brook signs with Haymon.
I think it might happen.

When Bradley beats Pacquiao, I wonder if Brook or any of these other PBC fighters will call for a fight with him. None of these guys call out Bradley.
Because bradley is top rank.
Why call him out when you know the fight has zero chance of happening?
Boxing politics
Imagine how funny that would be :lol1:
Garcia taking a unification fight with brook instead of fighting the Bolton batty haha
Khan would go into full blown melt down
I don't think even Khan could hype his way out of that one lol!
Prediction: Khan will fight a bum in April and will then stay on the sidelines, he will continue to hope that Manny doesn't retire so he can chase a pay day from him. Khan is not interested in fighting anyone else. Khan will never, ever take a rematch with Danny Garcia. Khan is all talk. Khan just wants to cash out with one last pay day. Shameful.

Sorry a big year doesn't start with fighting a bum in Kevin Bizer and we all know he's not going anywhere near Garcia. That's just the way he talks. He and Khan have that in common. They name drop all these big names and they turn around and fight bums. Now Thurman or Porter, this year could be a big year for either.
I have no idea what you're talking about! In fact, I'm pretty sure you're lying through your teeth comparing Khan and Brook like that.
This is the first time Brook has called out another top welter besides Khan since he became champion, which gives us no reason to believe that he won't fight Garcia since there is no history of him calling out big names and then ducking when they call his bluff.
Also, Brook has already fought one of the top welters, he beat Shawn Porter for the IBF title, or didn't you know that?
Anyway, the only thing strange is that he never called out Floyd when Floyd had the wbc title, but immediately calls out Garcia as soon as he gets his hands on it.
And yet people say Floyd is the scared one.

Bro he was on the rise after the Porter fight. He got stabbed and didn't know if he would fight again. I would probably fought some tune ups to if that happen to me. I think he's legit and is a threat to every welterweight
This could be a big year for Brook.
