According to reports, Usyk will finally get his shot at the cruiserweight world title - and chance to beat the previous record of becoming champion in fewest amount of fights in the division, held by Evander Holyfield. Evander won the belt in his 12th fight, while this shot will be Usyk's 10th.
James Ali Bashir - Usyk's coach - says the bout will probably happen in America, in April or May.
I, for one, am very excited about this one and am sure that Usyk will do the job convincingly and in exciting fashion. Now we wait for more information. :boxing:

CW is one of the best divisions in the sport right now. Certainly one of the most exciting.
Should be a good scrap, we've seen what Glowacki is made of, let's see if Usyk passes his test.
Could well be a war. Hopefully it isn't too early with his current pro experience, but I'm hoping Usyk gets the W and proceeds to clean out the division before moving up to HW. If he is successful would be a throwback to the big guys being around 6ft3, movers with supreme skills as well as power.

The last time someone tried to set a record against Glowacki, he got KO'd. But there's no denying he's going to be the underdog for the 2nd fight in a row, despite having a belt. Going from fighting one of the roughest, if not the roughest in the division in Huck to the unmistakably best boxer of the division in Usyk. Glowacki has balls that the lower weight classes lack.
Agreed. Got to respect the guy. However, I think that Huck suited Glowacki more as a guy who would get into a tear-up, brawl type war. With Usyk's superior size, length, speed and boxing skills, I think he wears down and stops Glowacki late.
