It also has to do with self-discipline. Trainers can only try to impose discipline and suggest preferred food intake, which can be subjective. Bottom line is conditioning coaches are a dime a dozen. You can go to your local gym club and find a trainer or two. If it's all about conditioning coaches in boxing, then Ariza would have developed several fighters and turn them into champions.
