Not a prospect, he is a challenger/contender.
Egidijus Kavaliauskas is a guy I'd mention, tough, skilled, solid, in fact impressive amateur background. A rising name from 147-154. Looks big and muscular so will probably struggle at welter for now.
Yeah you're right!
Castano, Perrella, Prograis
prograis is damn fast! i rmbr watching him a couple times!
Shakur stevenson
Ruben villa
Future champs I guarantee it
not pros yet :(?
Andrew Selby. Lee's younger brother, I think he's the more talented of the two.
Currently 3-0, went 10-0 in the World Series of Boxing. European Amateur Gold x 2. World Amateurs picked up Silver & Bronze.

yea damn i checked out his pro fights just a couple days ago, very impressive despite weird lookin opponents (disproportionate)... its a shame hes not 30 lbs heavier or he'd probably be a super star by now.
Jarrett Hurd
Charles Martin (some might know of him now because he is getting a IBF Title Shot)

Bivol had an excellent amateur career in the junior category, he won the World Juniors in Istanbul in 2006 and Baku in 2007.
This is his most recent fight:
He looks very good. That Jackosn guy is pretty a decent fighter, apparently he knocked Mekhontsev down and gave him a good fight a few months ago, so for Bivol to do that to him in just his 5th pro fight is impressive.
cant find too much footage on these guys :(
unfortunately He passed away earlier this year from terrorism...
RIP Ali Raymi May 23rd, 2015.

I'm sure more than 10 have heard of him, but Alex "El Cholo" Saucedo threads are usually pretty empty. 20 fights almost, I guess he isnt making much of an impression? 21yrs old
Nah I live in a virtual amateur boxing deadzone these days (maybe the best prospect where I'm at is Brandon Williams, 8-0-1, 0KO's yes 0 knockouts lol, but he did sign with DiBella within the last year so good for him), but I have been trying to keep up with the amateurs more in the last 6mos or so + I'm always checking out guys making pro debuts on bigger cards. There's often a reason guys are making their pro debuts on bigger cards so I've got a lot of guys I follow who got 5 fights or less & are newly pro prospects basically.
smart haha, i shall do the same :)!
Yea both are still within their first 6 months of turning pro. 4 fights between them, but both top amateurs in the US.
White just turned pro like a week & a half ago. 145-15 in the amateurs. Only amateur footage exists of him thus far.
Colbert turned pro in May (2nd round of pro debut below). 3-0 now. He was the US champion this year & qualified for the US Olympic Trials, but bypassed them due to concerns with amateur politics.
interesting, do u know them personally? are they big locally/in your area?
surprised you know about these people haha!
