He's got the best jab at 147. By a distance.
His right hand is also thrown beautifully. Whether it's as a lead or following the jab, it's a great punch and he has real power with both shots.
Yeah, I believe he's got the best jab-right hand at 147, and is generally the best fighter at 147.
whos got a better
jab
cross
and 1 2 combo
than kell brook at 147?
i am a huge fan of his 1 2.
It's a good 1,2 and probably has one of the harder jabs in the division but Khan has terrific speed in his 1,2 as well, maybe less pop. I think TC down at 140 is just as good, maybe even better but we'll see how he fares at 147.
I'm trying to think of more examples good 1,2s around 140-147 but because a lot of guys in these divisions lack any serious height or reach, the 1,2 isn't that obvious or that well executed. Normally the taller guys with better reach are better at it.
Edit: I think I'll mention Pacquiao, from the southpaw stance, his right hand followed by that powerful left is a work of beauty, with added feints and head movement. In fact, he built his entire early career on the basis of right, left bang! or right, right left bang!
How would he get destroyed on the inside when neither guy has a good inside game?
Kell can fight fine on the inside. He throws the uppercuts and the body shots on the inside just fine.
Khan is not strong enough to tie Brook up. and on the inside he'd be destroyed.
Khan will tip tap and run around the ring 100%.

It's very accurate and one of his best strengths but I think relying on it will be his undoing against Khan.
He only throws it when he feels comfortable but he can easily be down 4 rounds without landing his right with Khan beating him to the punch and tying him up. Then panic sets in and we will see whether he goes out of his comfort zone.

Lara's 1-2 from the Southpaw is great...
Broner's is awesome when he actually throws it( and not the leaping in impression of Floyd's right hand)
Groves
Gamboa
Mikey (as some one said)
But the best? Carl Frampton by ****ing miles.... Also Wlad honorable mention even though he's in people's bad books...
in order for wlad to throw the one two he has to have a stationary opponent that he held and leaned on for 8-10 straight rounds

It's good but also a little too predictable.
His jab-left hook is better and sorts out opponents a lot more as it's not very common in these days.
That's going to sort Khan right out.
