canelo is completely protected and constantly gets gifts. he struggled badly against trout, should have lost against lara, and couldn't even dominate a much smaller past it cotto. and canelo even disrespected chavez sr. true mexican boxing fans shouldn't be supporting this canelo hype. he is even asking to have ggg fight at a catchweight when he is more than big enough to make 160 easily. completely disgusting. Marquez wants to know why the Mexican fans adore Canelo, because during the DLH/Morales/Barrera era they treaded Marquez like the red headed stepchild.

This is true. It all started when JMM correctly said in a Mexican television show that Canelo was getting a gift title shot against Hatton(which is true) and then Canelo said that if he thinks he is not good enough(which JMM never said so)that he should step into the ring against him to see if thats true. Truly disrespectful to a legend of JMM caliber and I also thought that ish wasnt right and ever since I also dont like Canelo for being disrespectful to JMM like that. Marquez is no legend.
