Who are the greatest 10 southpaws in boxing's history? my personal favorite is Pernell Whitaker, Pacquiao is definitley in my top 5 and Marvin Hagler too.
What's ur list?
Whitaker
Pacquaio
Hagler
Saldivar
Tiger Flowers
Young Corbett III
Lew Tendler
No footage of Flowers but his resume is pretty ridiculous, not too much on Corbett but same for him.
I think that the frame of reference for most people for something so specific is definitely recent. So I'm not surprised that Tiger Flowers name hasn't come up just yet lol\
I think back in the day there weren't as many southpaws, left handed fighters used to fight in the conventional stance and we still see this today in fighters like Dela Hoya and Cotto.
Everyone tou guys namebis after 1980
LoL

hagler is #1 to mee whitaker 2nd pac 3rd
I think skillwise Whitaker was better and he also accomplished more as a pro and also as an amateur than Marvin Hagler, but it's a matter of taste.
I think the obvious answers would be Whitaker, Pac and Hagler and that would be my top 3 in that order.
But I'd also mention guys a step lower like Hector Camacho, Calzaghe and Too Sharp Johnson.
