I was watching some Kell Brook pictures. Do you think his body is natural?

I'm not saying that he's the only PED user, but to me is one of the most obvious cases. I think Porter was on the juice too when he fought him. But if you compare him to Chaves for example, Chaves is a natural boxer.

I think nowadays almost every boxer is on some type of PEDs, but not all of them are. I think boxing needs to be honest about it, like somehow Rugby and bodybuilding are. I don't think anyone playing Rugby of professional bodybuilding will tell you that they don't use steroids.
My point is that they should all have the chance to juice, not only the elite ones. So it can be a even playing field.
.
Brook's team insisted on random drug testing for his biggest fight to date with Porter.
He must have definitely been juicing for Jo Jo Dan though.
NSB PED experts out in full force again. Men who work out daily in the gym and flex in pictures are all on the juice.

That explains why both Brook and Porter fought like ****.neither man looked good as they have done in previous fights
Brook is on something, lets face it Dirk and so is Jousha
I'm still a fan of Jousha even if he is juiced to his gills, most of the HW's including Mike Tyson were juiced up...
Tyson Fury however is 100% clean....

not an iceberg's chance in hell. no f#cking way.
a bodybuilder, who doesn't train to box for 12 rounds but just lifts weights to bulk then diet / cut weight, would be hard pressed to look like that without drugs. it's virutally impossible. never mind trying to look like that when you are training to box for 12 rounds.
they're all on drugs, however. looks and boxing ability are different things. i'm not going to get all that mad about a guy taking some stuff to get lean when other guys are taking it to bulk up, recover, punch harder, etc.
Kell Brook, Floyd Mayweather and Anthony Joshua are all clean as a whistle lololol
LOOK AT THE STATE OF HIM! HE POURS PURE TESTOSTERONE ON HIS CORN FLAKES IN THE MORNING!
Well his best mate who also happens to train with him was caught juicing few months back
People on here claim the British drug testing system is good, but it really aint..
There was a article talking about the many flaws..
If Brook is juicing, his people know what they are doing, but one mistake and he could end up like his team mate.
His body does indeed look unnatural
Good luck man! You sound very disciplined, I'm sure you'll achieve that goal without much effort.
:boxing:
Thanks man, I am determined to meet my goals.
it is a interesting conversation as cheating is so wide spread in the sport, just adding to this conversation brook from eddie hearns mouth finds it difficult to make weight and his plan is to move up to middleweight, which he would do easily apparently.
Im fit and in shape, but my goal is to be sliced on some prime Margarito ish.
I really should cut the carbs, I intentially consume them for the energy but you are right. I am sure my genetics have something to do with it, but it's about hard work, dedication, and discipline. I have been pretty cut before, but my workouts were more intensive, I was breaking once every 14 days instead of every six, and was consuming more water and protein. I want those serious cuts, where I can see my 8 pack sitting down even.
Quit lying! You probably some fat dude.
I'm going to say he is clean. It is probably genetics helping him out big time. I have a couple of my best friends who at 15-16 were unbelievably ripped with little workout, they just have great genes to begin with. Made me jealous as fck but that's just how it is. He has that Jamaican/Black genes that help him get ripped effortlessly.
That's a good amount of cardio, what are you 14% body fat?
Cut the high carbs, you might see a greater difference. Otherwise your workouts sound strong. Genetics will play a role as well, some people are just naturally higher body fat than others.
Do you have a specific goal? With what you told me, I assume you're quite fit.

Holy sheeite. Looks like a bodybuilder only not as big. Don't know if he's on PEDs but I wouldn't be surprised if any top fighter is doing them.
Any kind of cardio? If so how much?
Burn more calories than you ate (is a lot easier than it sounds if you avoid high carb/calorie foods) and you'll be shredded to the bone. If you don't like running, biking is just as effective IMO. A lot of bodybuilders who start to cut and shred themselves, eat 4 or 500 calories less than they usually do. But always eat enough protein
I used to be religious about calorie counting and burning more than I consume, but I am not effective at keeping track anymore, I need to find a way to do so again. My cardio is running, eliptical, and bag work/boxing workouts, I moved away from my gym so I can't get any sparring in right now. I also do jump rope, and obviously calisthenics and very light weight lifting for definition. How much cardio? I never run less than 5 miles and cardio is 75% of my workout 6 days a week.
lol, diet is pretty important, I stay away from pasta, breads, white rice, etc(no junk food, or soft drinks). I train 6 days a week, primarily calisthenics and bike for several miles. The outcome? An 8 pack, pretty shredded overall, around 8-9% body fat.
Obtaining a good physique like Brook's is similar to what I do, probably less calories than me though.
That could be my downfall in a way, I also train 6 days a week and focus on calisthenics, but I consume a lot of carbs, I eat a lot of pasta and white rice in my diet, I just also eat a lot of fruit, protein shakes, and spinach, among other things. I don't eat fried rice but I do eat steamed rice, and I eat mostly chicken and salmon if I have a choice, but I do treat myself to sausage now and then. I stay away from sweets, sodas included, but i'm nowhere near as shredded as Brook right now and I take supplements and multivitamins as well.
