For me, I always end up rewatching Trinidad-Vargas for some reason. I must really like the fight because I can easily watch the full fight despite having a somewhat short attention span.
HBO should remaster the boxing classics from the '90s and 2000s in full HD at 60 FPS. Imagine De La Hoya-Mosley, Jones-Toney, and Trinidad-Vargas in beautiful HD with a smooth 60 second frame rate. What do you think?
**SNIP**
Also appreciate watching Chris Byrd fights. And I'll try watching the Jorge Paez vs Calvin Grove fight every so often as thats the fight I proclaim to be the fight that made me go from a casual "ooooh **** Mike Tyson is fighting this weekend" boxing fan to a hardcore "ooooh f#ck wish I knew Spanish so I knew what these Telemundo guys were saying" boxing fan overnight. Isn't the most exciting fight most of the way, but the 3KD 15th round that allows Paez to grab a split decision W is some boxing movie **** & Sean O'Grady announces it at the beginning of the 15th just like in the movies.
Great fight. Hated to see my man Grove go out like that. He boxed beautifully, just had zero pop.
IIRC, that was the last ever 15 round title fight before making 12 rds the limit.
Fights I always re-watch:
Duran - Leonard I
Duran - Moore
Ali - Frazier I
Ali - Forman
Leonard - Hearns I
Leonard - Hagler
Hearns - Hagler
Marciano- Moore
Tyson - Berbick
Dempsy - Willard
Duran-Leonard 1 was beast! Part 2 was a joke.

Recently it has been:
Kirkland vs Angulo
Toney vs Holyfield
Hamed vs Kelly
Mayweather vs Canelo
Ward vs Froch
No rhyme or reason as to why, just my favorite at the moment.
every night i watch fraud jr/the great baldomir. it helps me a lot with my problem with insomnia.
Lucky for you and the rest of us, we can also use the Berto vs FLoyd fight for that now. During the live showing, my wife was out cold in 2 rounds! :lol1: So imagine having to watch a replay of that 12 round snooze fest?
Miguel Cotto vs Ricardo Torres, I love this fight, one of my favorites
Manny Pacquiao vs Erik Morales 3, something about this...
Tim Bradley vs Ruslan Provodnikov
Canelo vs Josesito Lopez
Amir Khan vs Danny Garcia
I'll drop a few that haven't been mentioned yet (I think):
Maidana vs Ortiz
Maidana vs Morales
Gamboa's entire career
Kirkland vs Angulo
Urango vs Bailey
A good thread question for a change.
Used to be Tyson vs Douglas, but is now Mosley vs Margarito with what was going on at the time.Mosley was a big underdog. His now ex-wife served him up divorce papers just before entering the ring. And the hard plaster in Marg's glove being caught by the trainer. The way he took it to Margarito, standing in the pocket and backing him up with big right hands was poetry in motion.Margarito barely laid a glove on Mosley and everyone including TBE ducker didn't want no part of him.Can never get bored of that fight.
I'm not a fan of Jin Mosley but stick to the facts buddy! She didn't serve him divorce papers "before he stepped into the ring" HBO announced they were getting divorced during the broadcast!
In actuality divorce papers were served before the Margarito fight was announced! Jin remained during camp because she remained his manager!
And If Jin Mosley is to be believed (which maybe bull****) it was Shane who served her the papers!

it worked on the crowd very well. some were lucky enough that they managed to escape before they fell asleep
"he's a warrrior who admitted that another man is a better fighter."
:lol1:
enough.
froch has retired. he retired within a month of andre ward coming back :lol1:. you guys don't need to stick up for him any longer.
i dont really like Froch but i give credit where its due..
looool
Rigo-Donaire
Hopkins-Pavlik/Trinidad
Mayweather-Judah/Corrales/Canelo
Duran-Leonard 1
Leonard-Hearns 1
Duran-Barkley
Toney-most of his top wins
Finito Lopez, mostly just random rounds
that's the one I watch too, short but exciting.
If I'm watching a 12 rounder it's going to be a fight I haven't seen yet rather than one I have already watched.
cmon man.. so many Pac fights are rewatchable alone...
Pac Morales I could watch once a week
