In fairness it did say the offer was for a fight in late 2016.. No reason for GGG to take that offer now. He's on the rise and Ward is in Neutral.... By that time next year it could be a 70-30 split for GGG. The real figures that block the fight are the odds. That is 90-10 Ward. The rest of this is just smoke and mirrors
