Today on Max & Marcellus ESPN

Max talks about USADA/Mayweather. Marcellus Wiley (EX-NFL) tells story about teammate who would roid up then flush it out with "IV VITAMINS".
excellent excellent post sweeney.
how the hell do you go from a small welterweight that was being hailed for barely adding pounds on fight night to needing illegal rehydration procedures deemed illegal by WADA?
you dont need to be a mensa member to figure this maneuver out.
Floyd is indubitably a cheater.
max?
max loves floyd.
he even said on the radio show even without the iv and with pac getting the shot he requested, floyd still beats pac.
Not Max.
The NSB army.
Agreed with this post up until the last line. 147lbs ~ 67 kilos * 20 ml/kg/hour = 1,340 ml/hour which is way more than 750 ml/day.
Yeah, I was thinking exactly the same thing.
What we do know is that this was administered by his people in his home and the only reason the USADA found out was because they showed up for a random test. If there was a legit medical need for IV re-hydration, they would have gone to a medical institution and discussed with USADA/NSAC before, not 19 days after the fight. Not to mention, dosage would have been very different. The maximum rate of fluid infusion recommended for severe dehydration is about 20 ml/kg/hour, he reported as taking 750ml in less than one day.

those who scream and accuse the loudest are usually the guilty ones.
especially people who dont have high school diplomas and are unable to read.
i also dont trust ex cons.
LOL....what a burn ! :boxing:
The detractors have come to terms with the fact the guy isn't going to lose and have now stooped even lower.
Pathetic :lol1:

I was expecting to see something like this come out around 5 years after Jr. retired and all the people around him with their hands out stopped getting paid. Someone was bound to rat to try and make a quick buck.
Didn't expect it the week before his last fight. Pacquiao and Top Rank would be wise to make a big public stink about this BS.
Presumably it was for rehydrating after the weigh in.
EDIT: For all we know, Mayweather provided some sort of medical evidence that there was legitimate medical need/benefit to be gained from doing IV rehydration. I wonder though if it couldn't have been administered orally or something :dunno:.

Damn, you don't need to insult TBE fans like that.
Floyd had a medical team giving him IV at home and none of them notified USADA or NSAC before giving it?
Floyds team knows that taking that much IV is illegal because that amount is used to flush out or mask peds
that's why he tried to hide it. he just happened to get caught this time. probably been doing it since his comeback. with drug testing his opponents couldn't cheat but he could. an epic conman.
