Brandon Rios confirms that Kell Brook unashamedly avoided their potential match-up by making unreasonable demands down to the very gloves Rios was permitted to wear! What with Alexander (twice) and Khan also being avoided in recent times by Brook, it would appear he's returned to the previous pattern of facing a steady stream of low level opponents as has unfortunately been the case for nearly his entire career to date. It's a shame to see a promising prospect waste what talents he has by refusing to consistently fight opponents above C/D-level.

Did I say he was special? No. I have never said that. but he's hella more important right now than Algieri, Collazo and Julio Diaz was when Khan fought them.
Mosley would fit nicely on Khan's resume with the other over the hill "name fighters" Khan has fought.
And funny you mention Hatton, the same Hatton Khan wanted to fight. You often say "well algieri fought pacquiao it's ok to lose", well that Hatton fought Canelo for the title and did better against him than against Brook.
He did steal a decision, running around the ring and getting decked twice. In fact, he probably didn't even win that fight.
Well Chaves was well ahead in their fight, but decided to clinch like a queen. Or like Queen Khan against Collazo.
And lol at "someone similar" :lol1:
Sure, let's pull his kickboxing background out of the bag. Jesus, the level you sink to to build up a completely average win up. One that made Khan the laughing stock of the boxing world. Against someone Brook would make his prison biatch in 4 rounds.
You're on here talking about Brook daily ever since he made Porter look like an amateur.
Talk about Brook Daily? Maybe to your mate. But if I did so what? I have an opinion like you have one
Did I tell you Diego is 2-2-1 in his last 5? Oh and those 2 wins were tune up bums, so really 0-2-1 in his real fights. "Lankings" doe.
Well, people look back at fighters and compare resumes and not rankings. I'd compare Floyd with SRL based on the quality of names beaten and not what they were ranked and for how long. Again, 0 names beaten and 0 titles won.
Collazo, I mean he was a WW debut fight for Khan, but he is better than Senchenko, Hatton or Gavin, so he does become the second best win on Kell's resume. May be Mosley can take that spot next.

Steal a decision? :lol1: He pulled that sh1t with one eye. Algieri was brought in as a stay busy, get rich sacrificial lamb defense. That place was built as Ruslan's home ground because of the Russian community in that area. There is a reason it was Upset of the Year.
I like how you discredit Ruslan as limited, but why wasn't Chaves able to beat someone similar in Rios? Not that easy is it. :lol1: At the end Ruslan was a name and a respected one "at that time".
Why do you bring up the Pacquiao fight? He is P4P#2 of this era, so no shame.
As for causing Khan trouble, Chris is a World champion in 2 separate sports. 0 amateur background for boxing and won a World title in 20 fights. May be he isn't as bad as people try so hard to make it out to be.

What are you? Dirk's Bythch boy? I have never defended Porter or said that Brook lost the fight. You are so sensitive that you are jumping all over me
You're on here talking about Brook daily ever since he made Porter look like an amateur.
it must really suck to be a fan of brook
boring, feather fisted, scared of plodding ex gangbangers from oxnard, holding belts hostage and fighting bums...wow
Agreed, If the referee didn't allow Brook to constantly clinch Brook would likely have got KOed he really is so overrated lol he hasn't really done jack sh*t and how long has he been a pro.... takes SO damn long to fight someone decent
Of course there were too much holding in the fight. If Porter focused on boxing and less on headbutting and hitting behind the head, maybe it would have been less.
But Brook of course held far too much also.
The only reason I mentioned it was because you said Dirk made up things as he goes along, when in the same post you quote a stat completely made up and double as bad as the reality - without a trace of irony.
Now that's pathetic.
Porter got schooled. Deal with it.

How doesn't it mean anything? :lol1: beating a top 10 WW doesn't mean anything in the WW division? Mate, you're living on planet Khan. Step back into reality.
Yeah Algieri did steal a decision against the limited, but tough Provodnikov, got decked twice and then had his face rearranged against Pacquiao before causing Khan all sorts of trouble.
#greatwin

Doesn't mean a damn thing what he is ranked. You go by that cuz you know you have nothing to fall back on when we talk about what really matters, resumes. Algieri was a former World Champion who beat Provodnikov pulling Ring's Upset of the Year. Chaves has never won a title and most importantly beat a name.

They would be nothing on Brook's resume, just like they're nothing on no one else's resume.
People like yourself are complaining about Chaves when he's ranked higher in the WW rankings than both Collazo and Algieri when Khan fought them. GTFO
Name fighters doe

Stay salty
Algieri or even Collazo would be 2nd best names on Kell's resume.
Time for your usual drill of writing a blog post romanticizing Brook's win over Porter and how it should get him to HOF.

Would Brook have beat Chris Algieri though?
I'm not sure tbh because Khan is clearly the better boxer and Algieri put on a great performance against Khan.
Maybe this would have been a good fight for Brook to take i.e. fight past Khan opponents see how he fairs against them.
Don't be retarded.
that's nothing! that's like a couple wlad rounds. people need to stop complaining. holding is just a way to win fights without boxing. what's wrong with that? stop nitpicking
I didn't say it wasn't bad. In fact, I said it was bad.
But that doesn't take away from his calling out stats as facts, when it was made up.

fans aren't consistent though, it's cool when B-Hop, FMJ or Ward does it, but let's cry about Shawn Porter when it happens to him
Why are you pulling stats out of your ass?
there was 103 holds in the entire fight, that's less than 9 per round + Porter had some fault in some of those clinches, rushing in with headbutts and punching behind the head more than 100 times in the fight.
So you like to make stuff up as you go.

Brook held an average of 18 times per round. He won a close fight. Been wanting for Brook to get into the big picture. He fought Porter and then that was it.
You just like to make up stuff as you go. BTW how are the Rios negotiations going at your point of view?
Who was willing to come to the UK to fight him?
Brook did his bit, he travelled to the US and took the title from US soil. These pampered American B-sides are scared to fly to England.

Brand name fighters like Julio Diaz, Collazo and Algieri?
Wow :lol1:
What a murderers row.

Maybe you were looking at the fight from your azz. Act like Brook didn't hold so much in the fight.
Where were you looking when you said Brook wouldn't even take the fight? :lol1:
He's obviously "excessively managed", obsessing over khan then fighting jojo bob and kenny davis or whatever
people gave khan **** for obsessing over floyd/pacquaio but when that didn't happen he turned around and faced brand name fighters, not jojobob and kenny davis
Brand name fighters like Julio Diaz, Collazo and Algieri?
Wow :lol1:
What a murderers row.
You're actually justifying this? lol
