Just curious if anyone knows how much these guys have earned since Adonis has moved to showtime?
What kinda of purses has Adonis been earning since going to Showtime.
How could I track this info down ?

more than you.
I know Kov only got 750k vs his bum last weekend & I think Stevenson made a mill or more fighting his more known but older bum + lighter weight guy last time out. I'm thinking Kov probably made a nice amount vs Pascal though, but Stevenson hasn't really fought anyone on par with Pascal (imo anyway). Therefore I think you could get this result or that result, but it seems like vs comparable talent in opposing corners Stevenson is making out better.
It's stupid how people like to lie, just a little bit, to justified their comments.
Kovalev first payday was B-hop, with 650 000$. Around 2.4 millions to fight Jean Pascal. Stevenson made 1.8 millions only with Fonfara, he never made under that amount, til he fought Bika for 3 millions.
So please do the math, Stevenson & Kovalev on another network would easely raise a purse of 10 millions each, but under HBO control they would never invest 6 millions to split 3 millions each.
You guys, should wonder why Stevenson has a Mercedes-Benz SLS, a Lamborghini Huracán & a Rolls-Royce Wraith, part of his toys/cars collection.
Stevenson Haymon & his promoter knows how to count money, and it's normal Stevenson wants a fair payday to fight his alter-ego.
Stevenson's most recent fight was against Bika, in the afternoon on CBS - no Canadian PPV and a less than half full arena in Quebec City. I have no idea how much his purse was, but someone took a bath on that fight.
You are blaming that all on one side when there is more at work than one side. If HBO was willing to pay market value the fight woulda happened. You can't blame just Stevenson if you are being a fair & reasonable & non-agenda driven person.
Talking about anything PBC related here involving certain people is like talking to a bunch of feminist who think if a man & woman get drunk together & had sex, the man raped the woman. I don't disagree that PBC is doing some **** wrong, they are ****ing up some **** no question. Some of it is probably strategic, but some of it is just dumb ****. Having said that EVERYTHING PBC does isn't the problem. There is plenty of ****ing up going on in boxing lets be real & HBO not giving fair market value to make that fight plays into this too.
he abandoned virtually every meaningful fight he could have been involved in for an extra $100k for something. if he was confident that he'd beat kovalev he would have had the pascal pay day awaiting him afterwards, which would surely net him even more than the $3.25m that kovalev received for that fight. but the truth is that stevenson was terrified of kov. he only gained the courage to mention his name once he was safely under haymon's wing
what else do you call it when fans like you want the white owned company that is bidding less money to get the rights to the fight over the non white owned company that is offering more? Racism and bigotry are the words that come to mind.
Yes, he signed with HBO instead of fighting Stevenson. You say it like it's a good thing? He ran from the purse bid he asked for, that should take precedent over the contract he signed afterwards.
Again idiot, of the 2 guys one has an exclusive contract with the network, Kovalev. That means it happens on HBO or not at all. Where's the bigotry, dumbfcuk? For Stevenson not taking it means much less money for much less risk, something he seems to be happy with.
And now he's with HBO so it's beside the point.
You should look up bigotry in the dictionary, dumbfcuk. Also look up "exclusive contract"

When Kov avoided the purse bid he wasn't with HBO, so your post is garbage.
As for bigotry, what else would you call it when posters openly call for the entity that offers the lower amount of money to get the fight to choose which network broadcasts the fight?

What does that have to do with bigotry?! It's simple, it either happens on HBO or doesn't happen, due to Kov's exclusive contract.

LOL, thats crazy. You can choose to watch boxing or not watch boxing. Even more specifically you can choose to watch or not watch any particular fighter. No one is being robbed. Fights don't happen all the time. The way boxing is currently setup its bound to happen like that. You can be displeased with it, **** I am displeased with it myself, but you can't suggest you are being robbed dramaqueen lmfao.
we were robbed of a fight that was on the verge of happening. for the record i don't bother watching stevenson any more, and it seems that many people feel the same way, hence his rapidly declining sales and viewership and descent into irrelevancy. he may as well be retired as far as world championship boxing is concerned
Kov only made like $150k for the Bhop fight, so we can't forget that. So Stevenson is probably ahead, but I think both are happy with the increased money they are making.
I don't have a problem with Kov going to HBO and taking a deal. I just wish he had gone through with the purse bid, fought Stevenson, and may the best man win.
It's crazy to think people are so bigoted that they would find it ok if this fight went to the lowest bidder just so it could be on HBO.

Why you "no sh1ting" me? OP asked the question. I just answered it. "No ****" him lol.
Stevenson should be making way more money than Kovalev, he's got a large built in fanbase. He's squandering his position as Canada's #1 boxer, he should be doing far better than < 5k fans for his last fight.
And then get paid even more to fight threatening guys.
so when will he fight someone threatening? his net two opponents are probably rodriguez and bute. yeah, maybe stevenson is 'winning', but we the fans have been robbed
if stevenson thought he could beat kovalev, hopkins and pascal then he would have made more money against that trio than he did against the three guys he chose to fight instead, and everyone would have been happy, no? but of course we all know that he would be killed by the krusher
Who cares what they made before.
50/50 on the table to the highest network bidder
How is this bad for anyone?
It sounds nice but I don't see it as realistic.
Kovalev has an exclusive deal with HBO.
If it went to a bid it would not even be networks bidding. It would be Haymon bidding, disguised under a network. I don't think HBO/Kovalev's team would go for that.
I think the only way this fight happens if it is done on an independent ppv, with HBO getting paid a specific amount to allow that. Other than that, unfortunately I just can't see it happening. Kovalev is only fighting on HBO and Stevenson will never go against Al and fight on HBO despite what his promoter says.

Well no sh1t, Stevenson is the hometown guy in one of North America's best markets. Guess what, Canelo made more money fighting Angulo than Lara did.
I'm talking about the money hbo puts up. He's getting the Canadian gate and Canadian ppv regardless of who he fights
"I am going to make more money fighting Fonfara than HBO was going to give me to fight Kovalev," said Stevenson during a Sunday telephone call to ******.com. "That makes no sense that I can make more money fighting Fonfara than I was going to make fighting Kovalev in a unification fight."
Although Stevenson would not discuss the amount of his purse for facing Fonfara, his promoter, Yvon Michel characterized the amount was a career-high payday for the Haitian-born, Canadian fighter, according to BoxingScene.com
He gets a small fraction of the money via Canada gate/ppv if he fights scrubs like Bika, Sukhotsky, even Fonfara.

why did he leave the network that had all of the lucrative fights then? oh yeah, because he'd rather be paid $2m for a bum than $3m+ for a challenging fight

uh, do you think more canadians are going to buy tickets and ppvs for stevenson-rodriguez or stevenson-kovalev? his sales have bombed since he switched to haymon
