I personally believe that Manny Pacquiao is still the number two welterweight in the world and losing to Floyd Mayweather without taking any significant damage isn't detrimental to him in my opinion. Floyd said himself post fight that he can see why Manny is so great because "he sets traps for everyone else but me". He says he wants to come back at a high level and main opponents I've heard mentioned are:
-Crawford
-Khan
-Matthysse
-Brook
Who would you like to see him fight? I really hope it's Lucas Matthysse, styles make fights and I think that would be fireworks. Also gives my boy Lucas an opportunity to fight the best and make a bit of money before he retires.
At this point after the Floyd fight I don't see why arum and Haymon can't work together why pass up millions over some bull **** beef.
But frankly I'd like to see both retire if they don't fight someone on the rise who's fast strong and packs a good punch. In other words some one who can actually test them. I would like to see lac beat paulies ass though just on the strength.
This is mostly true. I'm not sure if he's not shot per say, but he's definitely OLD and past his prime obviously. Pac was on his second half from 30s into the 40s when he fought Jr. You think that's the same Pac even remotely close to the same Pac that fought Oscar/Hatton/Cotto? Your on something if you believe so.
Pac has been very hesitant since the Marquez KO, and it's obvious why. I mean, couple his hesitance with his older age and you got a new Pac that is ineffective at what made him great.
No, that Pac was on some good gear!
he's old.
he's past prime.
he's not shot.
you guys need to learn the sport.

Lol, I wouldn't mind watching Pac beat Paulie's a$$ all over the place. At this point, it sounds like the only fight that Pac has business to take care of, haha.
Floyd was the only WW he has fought in 8 fights and Manny couldnt do anything , you think its by accident he has chosen JWWs all the way leading up to Floyd when every top WW was calling him out , the funny part about it is he picks a JWW then brings them up to WW , the guys bigger than him your talking about were duds , try it with a real WW and see what happens .
And whose the one that got rocked in the pac vs may fight? Floyd did what exactly?? I agree manny maybe get stopped by big welterweights with movement, and thats a big maybe. He could possibly tko guys like Thurman with punishment, would be a great fight depending on what he has left. Floyd lovers need to lay off them nuts.
If floyd vs manny wouldve been held in Macau, manny wouldve been crowned champion
or at least neutral judges.
in vegas, nevada ref, nevada judges, nevada commission.....
whatever happened to international judges? a neutral ref?
he already getting hometown venue and commission.
geeez....
fake landing a weak jab and hold.
blowout win. LOL
THE BEST EVER.........

Pacquiao's been a professional fighter for 20 Years. He was knocked out cold for 3 minutes a few fights ago, now he only has one good arm. Face it man, he's shot.
he's old.
he's past prime.
he's not shot.

it's the dumbest comment lobbed at him. He fought clottey, margarito, Bradley, etc. is Bradley not a ww? Why because he fought at 140 mostly? Guys move up all the time but not in a flowmos retarded brain.
they conveniently forget that pac went thru all of arum 147 fighters the moment he jumped to 147.
cotto, clottey, marg... all top 147 fighters.
that's why arum had to sign jmm, mosley and brought up bradley.
Every single opponent he has fought recentl years has been bigger than him, i dont understand the comment he wont fight welterweights, most junior welter punchers are bigger than him and could knock him out too.

No it wouldnt Manny is a class above him and the other thing is Manny wont fight WWs so forget Thurman Brook etc he wont fight them and would get stopped if he did .
Manny should retire its all down hill from here .
Lmao you need a hug
Garcia makes the most sense depending on how much manny has left he can easily win by decision. Garcia swings wide, has decent timing but manny has good movement. I just wouldnt trust las vegas as the venue.
