Thread title says it all, who wins. The Salkmeister or two punches a round Berto that wa getting his ass beat by Josesito Lopez before a dodgy stoppage.
I vote Salka and I'm serious. The only X factor is if Berto lands a bomb it could change the fight, otherwise Salka makes him look like the bum he is.
Based on what Salka and Berto have done recently, there isn't much difference.
Both guys are on 2 fight winning streaks, except Berto had a controversial stoppage in a fight he was clearly losing and got stopped by Karras. Whereas Salka has looked good in his last two fights, whilst putting up a valiant effort against Danny. Who would you rather lose to, Karras or Danny?
The case Berto has over Salka is the weight I suppose. If nothing else Berto is a full fledged welter unlike Salka who looked out of his depth at 142 but I think he could gradually grow into 147. The Garcia fight was too sudden.
As for the matchup, again the weight is key. P4P Salka is more skilled but Berto has the natural athleticism with speed and power. 2 lbs might drain Berto who is a big guy. I'd give Berto a punchers chance but Salka by decision is the most likely outcome.
Thata basically what I said as well. The X factor would be if Berto catches Salka with something that he cannot recover from. Which is very possible.
I didn't expect the polls to be one sided. But from the information gathered by the polls and responses I guess you're right. This was not intended to be a troll thread. I thought about the fight for awhile and I thought it's a winnable fight for Salka.
The thread had nothing to do with Floyd, really. Believe it or not.

It says that Floyd should be fighting Salka instead of Berto.

Is that poll voting real or is everyone making it a joke voting for Salka.
If everyone is serious in their thinking that Salka can beat Berto, then what does that say about Floyd fighting Berto next?

A guy who couldnt make 142 an fights at 135 vs a 147 lber who is fast, good athlete (maybe not elite) but physically gifted. Some of these threads are stupid, Berto KO in 4 and I like Salka and dont like Berto.
Not sure. I'll go with Berto.
On a side note, I do think both Berto and Salka will give a better effort and make a better fight than Floyd's last opponent.
Rob Salsa knocks Berto's chin around his face like Daffy Duck.

berto has that broner-esque thing going on where if a fight isn't going his way he just stiffens up and goes full retard, almost like they go into denial
just about anyone who keeps coming has a chance of beating him
salka had a pretty good scrap with another fringe fighter a couple months back on that tyson-branded card, if he just kept coming he might upset berto
Salka. Berto is done. He took a lot of punches against Guerrero, Ortiz and Lopez. This is similar to Meldrick Taylor (who was way more talented than Berto ever was).
He went life and death with guys who are average fighters, so Salka would have a good shot.
