I have doubts about Hearn as Quigg's promoter, but the real problem is Joe Gallagher. The sooner Quigg drops him, the better.

It matters because Frampton would still be earning a career high payday, and if he's that confident of beating Quigg he's earning 60% anyway. That doesn't matter. It's the principal of business. The better fighter who is also the bigger draw, higher ranked and a proper world champion is not going to fight on the lesser fighters terms. Frampton is not stupid and won't be dictated to by Hearn.
